I Don't Mean to be Mean, But this Game knows Nothing about Spartans for 1. Spartans never Wore Armour Like Chest, But Helmet, Shield and Skirt is OK, If You were a Spartan Found Wearing Chest Armour in Battle You Would of Offended Sparta. 2. That Helmet is Never what Spartans Wore and the Shield is too, too Big Spartans Had Digger Like Swords to Give their Opponents a Chance [Dont ask me Why] 3. the Shields were the Version of the Myrmidons, Spartans Have Big Round Shield and ITS !!BIG!!

You can't honestly be that stupid and call yourself human. No "Armor like chest"? Presuming you mean no chest armour, WTF!!! Skirt? Spartans wore skirts? NO! Spartans wore a tunic, usely red, and a bronze cuirass. Their helmets were almost identical to that of this video minus the spikes. Please dont comment like that again.

They were bronze breastplace or a linothrax, carried hoplon-type shileds and short sword. im waiting for the day they come out with a game about sparta on the ps3/xbox360. It would be called Spartan Conquest and it would be filled with a few battles in every war that sparta has ever been in. You play as one spartan and you go into a phalanx and all these other types of combat. it would be so awesome. i would pre-order it. :D

Aside of the obvious "OMG THIZ GAME IS GOW FAIL!!!111" issues, the game is actually pretty entertaining as a mini or to play it in the Iphone touch. Its a cheap, easy going option to play with.

300 is based off true story of the Ancient Rome empire with a lil distorted event. The city-state who fought off the Persian Empire was perhaps Athens. They won both wars vs Darius and his son Xerxes (the huge weird-looking dude that sits on the miniature pyramid). Sparta was crushed by Darius in the first Persian War, they were pretty much gone to even face off in the 2nd war so the creators of 300 failed at making it a "historical fiction" movie.
