It`s actually illegal for them to continue making noise when stopped at the traffic lights like that
because residents living in the area cant escape from the noise . Most of the Japanese people I met say that they never vote for the noise polluting politicians . I wonder do the politicians know that .
When I was in Japan we saw/heard those vans all the time. They're really annoying!
