@chillchillpill it's very hard to break into the industry without experience, but there are ways to acclimate yourself to HR related work. For instance, it's easier to get into administration sides of a business then directly into HR, but admin has got some relationship to human resources and some of the skills in admin (in-house employee services, systems management/operations etc) do have relevance to some fields of HR. My advise would be to get qualified and be proactive.
So if you don't have the experience, it's game over?
