While everyone is saying what it needs; K&N intake, Edelbrock intake header, 52mm throttle body, performance ECU, Edelbrock exhaust headers, dual 2.5 inch pipes with a 2-1-2 configuration... Oh and he/she needs to take all of that extra weight out of it.

Nice exhaust sound, O.K. acceleration (nothing personal, but I would expect a lot more out of a newer 5.7 grand cherokee, my 5.9 is still 6 seconds to 60 with the chip intake and k&n and it's 12 years old O.o)
