she is a great tutor and this is priceless infomation and its free!!! so all the haters have no idea what they are missing. i am verry greatfull for these tutorials, thank you!!!!!!!!!
I wish someone as easy to understand as her could make a lesson on how to DJ hip hop and rnb genre music. House is easy to mix, but hip hop and rnb have beats all over the place and seems too unpredictable for me :(
@jeza4646 one song comes out of the headphones, and the other out of the monitor (the speakers). You can switch which comes out of where by cueing up your music
@ies213 no man, the headphone is used to listen to the other track, the one ur about to mix. You adjust the tempo and all the stuff on the headphone, i particularly mix in the headphone, i listen to the both tracks on the headphone, when its perfect i wait for the break and press play in the other music.
@netaneld122 It's checking. Practically all the DJ's do it. Sometimes we're just unsure of how balanced the track is and we tend to double guess ourselves about the mix. It's kind of like: "I think this is too loud, let me..... oh never mind. It just blended in." LOL
its tough to break in as a dj. in the words of Mark Farina u need to produce now a days in order to even be noticed. Which i am an the process of doing
You guys just got a new subscriber. I knew a lot of this info simply by messing around, but she was very informative. I like hearing advice from someone who actually has made a successful career out of dj'ing, as opposed to simply to just another person online. Great job.
thats the 'PRO440FLT' case from pioneer europe. only available in europe, got mine and i think im the first owner of that case from Malaysia. awsum case!

How can she mix with both tracks' HI and LOW both at 12 o'clock? Too much volume. Need to be around 11, 11:15.
