  • Im probably gonna wait for the generation after Kepler since its 4-6 times as much as kepler. But im wondering if its gonna be anywhere near my budget. I might have to wait even more for them to hit the bottom low first time. Im running witcher 2 on highest resolution with no iCandy and im very satisfied with the graphics and fps im getting with the legendary of its own era "THE 8800GT" alpha dog edition 512 factory OC. its probably less than $50 now but handles as much as a $400 card. no 3D.

  • @sorooshusa Very true the 8800 GT was an amazing card. I upgraded from the step above those which was the 8800 Ultra. Those cards handled their own for a very long time. As for the price range no confirmation yet but rumor has it that the Kepler GTX 680 will be in a price range from $499 - $599. The GTX 780 will have a price range of $649 - $749. I made a new video discussing this. Thanks again for post!

  • So cool..

    wicther 2 in 3d vision!!!

    Gladly waiting for this upcoming..

  • Since I am about to buy a new computer, I think I will use the cards we have right now. The new cards will cost more money and I think they will be stronger then what I need right now.

  • Well in my opinion the new tech that will be coming out soon not only these that u mentioned in the video. I am talking about tech that they did not show us yet i belive they have amazing tech in their laboratories, these tech are going to own the new generation consoles and our current systems. But as always new tech equals more more money so i guess i have to wait sometime.

Anyway about the video I am happy to see that these amazing game from my country is playable in USA and other countries.

  • yes il wait but if there to expensive il jsut go with 570x2

  • I don't know if that's only me or Geralt really seems much nicer than in the first Witcher game?

  • I think 4 to 6 times is a big overstatement maybe around 2 or 3x the performance of Fermi at most is the 28nm is a success and if there are some architectural changes.

But it is a much bigger jump than from 480 to the 580 which was actually the same chip with some parts disabled on it. That said me with my Gfx 400 series card will wait for Kepler and Northern Islands to come out and make my decision then. Both seem promising. Thanks for the video as always.

  • @IGiollaiosa Your right I read it wrong, it is 3 - 4 times faster than the 480 GTXs. The 580s are not much of a big jump from the 480s like you said. Either way, it will be a huge jump from current GPUs. If you already have a 480, I recommend staying with that and stick it out until the new Keplers come out.

  • @DeA7hW1Sh the gtx 570 gives me around the same preformance as the gtx 480
