I just finished watching this show. It blew me away. I can't understand how a show like this gets cancelled. Amazingly well-written, amazing cast, amazing song choices. Everything about this show was so genuine and realistic. Definitely among my favorites for ever. Thank you for warming our hearts, LUX Team!

I want it back!! I just watched the whole series! My heart was so happy when I saw Caze kissing. :)) I always held out for them! I knew they loved each other, and Jones. God this show just made me so happy!!
The part of her speech when she addresses Ryan, Cate & Baze makes me shed a tear ever single time. The whole speech is beautiful.... I just really wish Life Unexpected had continued on. As much as I like The Secret Circle, I'd rather have Lux over Cassie any day! I miss this show so much!
Wonderful ending, but I hate the fact that she ended up with Jones and not Bug :( I like Bug the best :((( can anyone tell me what happened to him? I kinda fell off the track of where I was on the series, but I stopped when they were both still together :/

I like all pairings, but just eric n lux left so strong impression on me that i wished them together in the end. I know he was teacher n all. But Eric n Lux is just perfect for each other. It would be less realistic, but more romantic that way
I LOST MY MIND WHEN CATE AND BAZE REVEALED THEY WERE BACK TOGETHER.. Like I bawled my eyes out because I was pulling for them since like the first episode ! Best show ever and Im going to go watch it again now that I know who ends up with who its going to make it better the second time around. I kept thinking in the last episode Eric would show up but . I guess not :/ that was my only wish :[
I love this series! even if it was only two seasons..it was perfect! and It ended perfectly. I cry in almost every episode..I love That it ends up with Lux/Jones and Cate/Baze :) That's what I wanted since the beggingin of the show. :) almost up to the very end I thought they were gonn ascrew it up and keep Tasha/Jones and Cate/Ryan..but I'm so glad they didn't. In Iceland they're only starting season 2 tonight, but I couldn't wait and I saw the ending was here and I had to watch it to see if Cate & Baze end up together, and they did :) I am so sad there will be no more Life Unexpected but I'm glad it ended this way. Stop complaining they didn't show when Cate & Baze got back together, just be happy they did :D It was so cute when Lux called them mom & dad! And wow, I can't get over how hot Baze is!
Was Lux the valedictorian or something.... Why did she give the spech? Not that I didn't like it, it just seemed kinda wierd... that's basically how I felt about this whole scene.

What I'm gonna say migh get angry some people but I don't care because this is true. When it comes to watch tv show such as TVD, GG (which I love), viewers are here. But when it comes to a tv show all about family and real problem of life, no one care about it just because there is not enought teenage drame. That's so sad to see it, and if you don't agree with me, that's fine I don't care...

Such a great ending for an amazing show, though it seems like the cw/wb just has it out for shiri appleby, first it was Roswell and now Life Unexpected, two shows that so did not deserve to be canceled
And just wanna thank The CW for letting me get invested in a show for them to pull it off haven't not given it the chance it deserved.
Have to say love the finale cos it actually fooled me into think that baze was with the pregnant woman and cate and ryan were still together. it was a wonderful surprise when baze and cate kissed. I punched the air and shouted yes and had the biggest grin on my face. But it was also with sadness cos it was the end and we never saw how it happened for them all....
Absolutely gutted that this show only lasted two seasons. The only show that I've ever watched where I wanted the bad boy to end with the girl (baze/cate). The only show where for the first time I was really torn as in who I wanted the girl to end up with, the gorgeous, damaged guy (baze) or the good looking, kind guy (ryan).
And then there were lux and her guys. Liked them all, loved eric and jones the best, glad she ended up with jones as I'm not sure it would ever have worked with eric.
I wish the CW head would get thier heads outa there ASS and stop taken off the good shows and putting on the shows that are stupid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The CW is the WORST network on the air

i honestly thought the show came to an amazing conclusion with the perfect pairings ending up together. However i still want more of the couple and its sad this is all we get. It def made me smile but I hate that we only got 5 perfect minutes :(

I'm soooo gutted that they pulled this show!! i soo wanted the whole kate and baze, ryan and julia story to pan out over another season. Sure i got what i wanted in that last ten minutes. (So rushed thru it was untrue!!!) Kate and Baze together and all that but some how they cheated us.

Lux had two lousy years as a failing student - even if she got perfect A's during her junior and senior years, she'd still not be valedictorian (Ds and As average to B at best)
@electrictroy2010 I don't think she was chosen to speak because she was valedictorian. I don't know if any actual schools do this, but I've seen on a lot of shows that some classes choose someone to speak who they think represents them all well. Idk, though.
@Chermaineisawesome In a way, I agree with you. They thought Lux would represent them all pretty decently. Also, it was two years later, and in that time, she may have brought up her grades in a big way, hence she was perhaps valedictorian.
i was like what at the end when they all started kissing...its a nice end but its stupid that they had to make the last scene fast...cause in the 3rd season tasha would comeback, baze dad was gonna tell it and julia would have a baby with ryan...but whatever it was a good show better than those stupid vampire shit and cheerleaders on cw
Aamzing finale so many things change, kinda trick us in the stands but in the end everyone is with who their suppossed to be with, that would of been alot more episodes and fighting
The entire episode they gave us only Ryan/Cate hints; when this last scene came on, i was still crossing my fingers, hoping for CB. and when they kissed, i YELLED the biggest "YES!" ever from the top of my lungs! I couldnt be more happier. I would have LOVED to see their journey, their build up,how they got together, that's my ONLY regret, bc i know it'd have been awesome.
but at least t hey made CB endgame and i'm satisfied!

What does Julia say at 0:28 when Ryan asks if the baby is okay? This has been driving me absolutely insane, because no matter how many times I watch it, I can't make out what she says that cracks Cate and Ryan up. I'm guessing it has something to do with a diaper change she had to do, but I'm just wondering what she actually says.
I am so conflicted about this ending. On the one hand, it felt too idealized and too rushed, given the fact that we've only known these characters for one year. That said, I think the writers and creators knew that a lot of people were attached to this show and its characters, and they wanted to make the fans happy. You have to remember that they had very little time to do this, the show was cancelled prematurely, so they did the best with what they had in front of them.
It felt very patched up but I guess it was an okay ending. I like Baze & Cate together but I wish it showed how the heck that happened. I prefer Jones w/Tasha. I wouldn't say that I wanted Lux w/Bazes boss's son but it could have been a good possibility. I found his character interesting and that it needed more developing. Like they was a good kid underneath all that mess. Well I guess it will never be. I wish there were more shows with heart than the present overrated lusty ones:-(

when i found out that out of all the CW shows this was the one and only one being cancelled .. it broke my heart. it didn't get the credit, respect, or love that it deserved and i'm so bummed about that. BUT they produced a beautiful finale. i cried tears of pure joy and happiness when i saw cate and baze kiss -- "she made it" "so did we" --- they couldn't have ended it any better :D LUX; you will be missed <3
Was liking the ending until Lux says "we all learned what a light year is" and then proved she (and the writers) don't have a clue. Light years are a measure of distance, as in, we are many light years away from the nearest galaxy. They are not "bright shining times of our lives." Uh, we'll need that diploma back miss...
@gritsnsand Well I don't know about the ACTUAL meaning but I think they were just making a joke cause one of the previous titles for Lux before it premiered was "Light Years". So they were probably just referring to that...don't take it too seriously!! :-)
i am a huge life unexpected fan, and i love how the couples all ended up (believe i was ecstatic) but my favorite p0art besides cate and baze was probably when Lux called them mom and dad! <3 <3 <3
OMG! I just realized that CB say ILY after the kiss <3 it's just a whisper but if you pay attention to their lips they just DO IT! i'm so happy! I've always been a CB lover since the beginning and I'm just soo f*happy with this finale and with CBL being a family...even though i'd prefer seeing their path on becoming so and especially the CB's path <3...however thank you so much liz *_*

I'm so upset that the show was canceled, but I'm glad that it got the ending it deserved. The ending was perfect and I couldn't be happier that everyone ended up with who they were supposed to. I've been rooting for Lux to end up with Jones from the beginning so I'm happy :D

Awww, I loved how Lux was emotional when she was speaking about her family. You could tell she was her father's daughter when he was welling up and her voice broke. I love how Lux and Baze made the connection between one another as parent and child immediately in the first episode.
I finally watched this online last night. I was so angry with my local CW station for not airing the last two episodes of LUX - they put a stupid college basketball game on instead! Needless to say, it was well worth the wait, though. Baze and Cate together at last!! I will really miss this show, but at least we got our happy ending. :)

Such a great ending for an amazing show, though it seems like the cw/wb just has it out for shiri appleby, first it was Roswell and now Life Unexpected, two shows that so did not deserve to be canceled

And just wanna thank The CW for letting me get invested in a show for them to pull it off haven't not given it the chance it deserved.
Have to say love the finale cos it actually fooled me into think that baze was with the pregnant woman and cate and ryan were still together. it was a wonderful surprise when baze and cate kissed. I punched the air and shouted yes and had the biggest grin on my face. But it was also with sadness cos it was the end and we never saw how it happened for them all....

Absolutely gutted that this show only lasted two seasons. The only show that I've ever watched where I wanted the bad boy to end with the girl (baze/cate). The only show where for the first time I was really torn as in who I wanted the girl to end up with, the gorgeous, damaged guy (baze) or the good looking, kind guy (ryan).
And then there were lux and her guys. Liked them all, loved eric and jones the best, glad she ended up with jones as I'm not sure it would ever have worked with eric.

i honestly thought the show came to an amazing conclusion with the perfect pairings ending up together. However i still want more of the couple and its sad this is all we get. It def made me smile but I hate that we only got 5 perfect minutes :(

I'm soooo gutted that they pulled this show!! i soo wanted the whole kate and baze, ryan and julia story to pan out over another season. Sure i got what i wanted in that last ten minutes. (So rushed thru it was untrue!!!) Kate and Baze together and all that but some how they cheated us.
and i really wanted Eric to show up he was good for Lux> It stinks!

Honestly Im actually not very happy with this ending. I dont know why but when i watched it I was angry. I never liked Jones so i wasnt happy with him and Lux ending up together.
At first i wanted Cate and Baze to be togther but near the end i didnt and now they are together...so with that pairing im not so happy cause ryan and cate were married and it just annoys me.
I dunno maybe im mostly just mad because the show has been cancelled. maybe that is what got me so angry and not the pairings

@electrictroy2010 I don't think she was chosen to speak because she was valedictorian. I don't know if any actual schools do this, but I've seen on a lot of shows that some classes choose someone to speak who they think represents them all well. Idk, though.

The entire episode they gave us only Ryan/Cate hints; when this last scene came on, i was still crossing my fingers, hoping for CB. and when they kissed, i YELLED the biggest "YES!" ever from the top of my lungs! I couldnt be more happier. I would have LOVED to see their journey, their build up,how they got together, that's my ONLY regret, bc i know it'd have been awesome.
but at least t hey made CB endgame and i'm satisfied!

What does Julia say at 0:28 when Ryan asks if the baby is okay? This has been driving me absolutely insane, because no matter how many times I watch it, I can't make out what she says that cracks Cate and Ryan up. I'm guessing it has something to do with a diaper change she had to do, but I'm just wondering what she actually says.

I am so conflicted about this ending. On the one hand, it felt too idealized and too rushed, given the fact that we've only known these characters for one year. That said, I think the writers and creators knew that a lot of people were attached to this show and its characters, and they wanted to make the fans happy. You have to remember that they had very little time to do this, the show was cancelled prematurely, so they did the best with what they had in front of them.

It felt very patched up but I guess it was an okay ending. I like Baze & Cate together but I wish it showed how the heck that happened. I prefer Jones w/Tasha. I wouldn't say that I wanted Lux w/Bazes boss's son but it could have been a good possibility. I found his character interesting and that it needed more developing. Like they was a good kid underneath all that mess. Well I guess it will never be. I wish there were more shows with heart than the present overrated lusty ones:-(

when i found out that out of all the CW shows this was the one and only one being cancelled .. it broke my heart. it didn't get the credit, respect, or love that it deserved and i'm so bummed about that. BUT they produced a beautiful finale. i cried tears of pure joy and happiness when i saw cate and baze kiss -- "she made it" "so did we" --- they couldn't have ended it any better :D LUX; you will be missed <3

Was liking the ending until Lux says "we all learned what a light year is" and then proved she (and the writers) don't have a clue. Light years are a measure of distance, as in, we are many light years away from the nearest galaxy. They are not "bright shining times of our lives." Uh, we'll need that diploma back miss...

@gritsnsand Well I don't know about the ACTUAL meaning but I think they were just making a joke cause one of the previous titles for Lux before it premiered was "Light Years". So they were probably just referring to that...don't take it too seriously!! :-)

I feel sad but happy. This show was very great.
The actors was perfect, the story was different than the other series.
Cate and Baze was meant to be together and the end was perfect.
I love the speech, kissing part, and the picture!
Like you said, we wanted to see how Cate and Baze come back together...
I just want to say that channels always cancelled awsome shows and they drive me crazy!

OMG! I just realized that CB say ILY after the kiss <3 it's just a whisper but if you pay attention to their lips they just DO IT! i'm so happy! I've always been a CB lover since the beginning and I'm just soo f*happy with this finale and with CBL being a family...even though i'd prefer seeing their path on becoming so and especially the CB's path <3...however thank you so much liz *_*

I'm so upset that the show was canceled, but I'm glad that it got the ending it deserved. The ending was perfect and I couldn't be happier that everyone ended up with who they were supposed to. I've been rooting for Lux to end up with Jones from the beginning so I'm happy :D

Awww, I loved how Lux was emotional when she was speaking about her family. You could tell she was her father's daughter when he was welling up and her voice broke. I love how Lux and Baze made the connection between one another as parent and child immediately in the first episode.

I finally watched this online last night. I was so angry with my local CW station for not airing the last two episodes of LUX - they put a stupid college basketball game on instead! Needless to say, it was well worth the wait, though. Baze and Cate together at last!! I will really miss this show, but at least we got our happy ending. :)
