Max... the geological evidence shows that Earth is unique in the solar system because it heats UP when the sun gets COOLER & gets ice ages when the sun is HOTTER!

This is a direct effect due to LIFE.

I know it sounds counter-intuitive but this is precisely why Lovelock coined the phrase 'Gaia' because its a self-regulating system which seems to be acting FOR the benefit of LIFE.

If the sun is getting hotter then Earth SHOULD be getting cooler.. if the geological evidence is anything to go by.

To MrMorning...have you even listened to Max? Time and again he has said that he doesn't claim to know everything. He is just putting all the information out there so that you will go do some research and find out stuff for yourself and make up your own mind about what is happening in and around you. It's not a contradiction. Both messages (love & light and the truth) must be delivered - repeatedly. Why?
