No that is not a flashover. Flashover is the moment when the ceiling and collected gases (smoke) reach ignition tempurature and everything overhead ignites instantaneously. Hence the name flash over.

In this video the time for a flashover is past already.

means the fire preheat the room like an oven to that temp for the gas to ignite an stuff

to burn in room
