  • Okay, I listened to the song and I read some of the comments. Now don't get me wrong, I am a lesbian and I love all of Chely Wright's songs. But this one, well, I think man that helped her produce this album, Randy C. should have said something like: "um Chely, I love your voice, no matter the song....but I think we really shouldn't let this one out of the bag.

My interpretation of this song is about suicide, isnt there enough of that already with our kids? They don't need musical help.

  • @Cynbad63 I love the song too, but I don't agree with you. I think this song is not about suicide, and certainly not promoting it. I think it's about loving somebody so much that losing them kills your soul. And I think a lot of people can relate to that. I think she made the right decision putting this song on her record.

  • Another great song by Chely

  • This is sucha cool song, I now see why the Academy of Country Music awarded her the ACM for New Female Vocalist in 94. She also puts on a hell of good concert, and is warm and friendly in the meet & greet.

  • lol

  • Great song!

  • This is what music is all about...

  • Is it "wrong" to want to dance to Notes To The Coroner?

  • @janiepug lol...I wake up singing this song...then wonder why I like singing this song so much!

  • @janiepug For a song with such depressing lyrics, it's suprisingly hummable. Very nice melody.

  • Great song!

  • I like this song. There is this kind of going up and down which is very pleasant! In my eyes there is a firm will to create a more complicated song!

  • i saw chely wright at the white house cafe in nashville so many times-i saw rascal flatts, big&rich, and i believe even ronnie milsap at her concerts

  • Love this song! Can't wait for the rest of it!

  • I remember hearing this song played in Iraq, cant believe its been more than a year ago now. I cant wait for the CD release.
