If the side surfaces are slightly pointed inward (like the sides of a pyramid with the point toward the front of the plane) it should be more stable to pitch and yaw movements. For the rolling problem I can see two ways: ailerons somewhere or a double fan system with coaxial counter rotating fans as in the yaw control of double rotor elicopters
Dont give up on it. I had the same problem with mine first few times I tried to fly it. Move your CG forward more. You will be surprised on how far forward the CG is when using the side wings. It really changes a lot compared to normal planes.

yeah you need stabilizers chech out rc tie interceptor it could really help you theres pictures near the end of the video so it could help you.

Dude you need some upright stablizers on it so it doesn't roll.. Use some thin clear lexan so you cant see it . Cool Model !!
