Finishing all of Sequence 8 at 100% sync gives you Desmond Miles (outfit).

Although it's still Ezio, your appearance takes the form of Desmond, which is still cool. Animus must have some cheat codes or somethin', hehe.

I think you should, you will probably understand Revelations, a little more. I mean i feel like Brotherhood is part of Ezios story and Revelations will finish it for Ezio and Altair, so yes i would recommend you should.
