Fifth extinction is the extinction of human race. Fourth extinction was the extinction of dinosaurs... Earth extinction would mean the Earth vanished as result of some event and that is hardly to happen... Units die, nation die, civilizations die, but planet cannot die just like that... There must be such a great event do make a planet disappear, vanish, explode...
@Qwebeck666 actually the fifth extinction refers to the extinction of dinosaurs (the collision of a comet which carries Forever race with the Earth), and the Sixth Extinction is the extinction of the Human Race
This is such a crystal clear recording with so much power in the bottom end it nearly blew my headphones off ! awesome. what a brilliant sound. Is this Daniel Lithenglow from Pain of Salvation singing ? what a voice. Those guitars are so Heavy. Epic doesn't begin to descibe it.
I go nuts with gildenlow in 3:38. Extraordinary singer with a very broad vocal range. In 12:5 he is absolutely flawless !!!! (i also L-O-V-E Hansi, and Guardian of course,....though i think he s not that good...don't get me wrong XD)
I've only ever heard it called the Fifth Extinction, that's what it says on my CD case. But it does make sense to call it Earth's Extinction because that's what it's about, lol.
@pinguin1124 If you think logically about it. It depends on the story and from who's viewpoint. It's the 5th extinction for the Forevers(probably, or at least through their history) for humans it's simply the "Earth extinction".
Haha i know he worked hard to get Daniel! He want all the way to Sweden from Holland to record him! I think the only other person he worked really hard to get was Jorn Lande. The others come to him usually and request to be on the album such as Bob Catley, Wudstik and Floor Jansen!
