  • Why the hell would you want to stay in our world when you have that world

  • Happy and sad.....interesting....good story line.....my new favorite!!! I love Al he is so cute!~

  • ummm in the end, Armstrong is holding babies in Resembool..... did he and Winry..??

  • The ending has only created more unanswered questions. In other words, very unsatisfactory ending.

  • Without this movie... Idk what i do.. Im satisfied now!! On to another show... FMA brotherhood!! XD

  • I love this movie. Wish I could have seen number two in theaters.... :( Aw well, just have to settle for the DVD release.

  • 1:30 period?...no..can't be

  • but....they..they lost everything...roy,armstrong,winry!! i wonder what happened...in there old world...what happened..did roy and riza ever get together? did he ever become fuhrer? what about havok? did he ever get a girl? did winry ever find someone else? is there world at peace or is there still fighting? GOD FUCKING DAMNIT!!! FUUUUUUU

  • I actually feel worse for Roy than Winry. I mean...it's pretty...obvious.

  • @taranova12

ya.. after this at ova chibi party.. Riza did that to Roy.. watch it urself xD /watch?v=s-jLHbyszb4

  • Hater gonna hate.. just becuz it not a perfect ending.. this movie is awesome and it make me cry! Anyway, Al's age is correct in the movie cause when Ed revive him from the gate -at episode 51- his body still at the same age when they transmute their mother..

  • The story here is messed up in comparison to the manga unlike brotherhood which rocked.

  • and another thing.... it's all messed up, Al is supossed to be 1 year younger than Ed and now....he's 5 years younger!!!

  • @KyuremuX when Ed revive him from the gate -at episode 51- his body still at the same age when they transmute their mother..

  • Damn, i don't understand a sh*t.....but still.... a nice movie.....but.....I wanted Ed to be with Winry!! now how the hell they can meet again?!?

  • Ugh.....The movie was good. Everything BUT the ending.....I just hate the fact that only Ed and Al stay together and they lose EVERYONE else....Winry, Roy, Riza, Armstrong EVERYONE.

  • T_T...Yes, at least Ed and Al are together in the end!! Hooray

  • @EspadaUlquiorra04 yeah their together... in world war 2... not to mention Ed's 18... yeah fucked up ending...

  • 4:26 ROFL

  • huhuhu..ouch! I am not happy about the end of the story..Edward always makes Winry wait for him and now winry will have to wait for nothing..FOREVER...Dumb Edward, he never considered Winry's feelings..Oh GOSH!!!

  • OMg! I'm a bit confused!! so does this mean that at the end of the story Al and Ed is now living in our world and that Winry exist in the so-called different world? Oh, My i felt sorry for Winry though. wasn't it our world where Ed,Al and Winry were born? does that mean that the people like Mustang, Armstrong, Winry and Pinako and so for the rest was in a different world in the first place?

  • OMFG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LUST IS WITH SCAR!!!!!! LUST WAS MY FAVORITE CHARACTER OF THE SERIES IM GLAD TO SEE HER AGAIN :D

  • I totally love this ending... Can't wait to watch brotherhood, some people say it's better...

This is like my freaking best anime of all time, i loved this even more than naruto, deathnote, and hunter x hunter.....

    FMA FAN FTW!!!!

  • @iHateMyLifeGr

Although the Brotherhood ending is slightly better (at least they're together with Winry in the same world) but it's still quite disappointing... :/ Sorry if I spoiled it for you... ^^"

  • @BabyIsabella1 haha lol.. dont worry about spoiling it I already watched it all (in 1 week, 10 episodes a day cuz it's so addicting xD)

indeed brotherhood has a better ending but I doubt that I would have liked it if I haven't watched the first series, cuz the beginning and character introduction in the first series was better imo.

  • Then what the fuckballs, shitnuggets, turdswallowing-assburgers are they gonna do with winry?

  • Thanks for the upload! :D I was watchin this coz I couldn't sleep. Now Im gonna try again.

    - scar looked so hot. And I wish it was a simple ending where everyone was together and happy like a family. It still feels fucked. The anime fucked with my head :(

  • Is this the only fma movie

  • @keatonrox1 Yes I think so.

A new movie about the Brotherhood series is being made though

  • My new favorite movie XD its so amazing XD

  • wat the eff. i thought the random pause at :450 was because the black eye in the poster was gonna show a humunculous symbol. pft

  • @destinedwolf nope, it's because i kinda messed up with the recording.

    u mad bro?

  • I'm just happy that Mustang turned into colonel again :'D I love the colonel xD

  • I hate FMA and FMAB... Here i thought i could AT LEAST make myself happy abit. I have NEVER been so heart broken watching Anime shows. I love Okumura Rin but after watching Ao No Exorcist and finding out he likes someone else, i was still OKAY. For FMA, it like killed my life lol

  • this is an okay ending , would've been better if winry was there

  • This ending blows..... Ed and Winry should be together, but noooooo.... They have to be dumb and decide to stay in the non-alchemy world. They suck.

  • gahhh here is where my dream crashed into pieces =.= i thought FMA Brotherhood is the sequel to this, which meant i'd see more Al in human form. sigh....

  • at the beginning they show Ed and Al beating that guy up jus to get the uranium bomb...but at the ending they show that they're going to find the guy who created the uranium bomb and to obtain it so that there wouldn't be a war for that weapon...but at the start they showed Al in the metal armor...but at the end they show him in his normal human form..im not sure if im saying this right because the movie's pretty confusing at certain parts..

  • @AccruedDevil

beginning is flashback, u didnt watch the series, did u?

  • ah man I don't like the ending Ed and Al shouldn't be in our f*cked up world and in the most f*ck up time period . Dammit Ed if you weren''t Mr "I'm going to save the world" both of you would live happy with Winry....

hitler is disturbing in any forms -.-"

  • you know in full metal brotherhood edward purposes to winry and they have kids xD

  • @angelwithen OMG O.O?!?!

  • lol scar XD

  • wait wait wait just a sec!!!! so they never get 2 go back? this is the end of fma? :(

  • im glad that the movie is the end and not the episodes :)

  • Aww! That ending was the bestest!

  • I don't see what's so bad about this ending, I mean, I am really sad that Ed and Al weren't able to stay in their original world, but at least they're together again, right? At least Al can follow in his brother's footsteps. It's better than him being alone, sure, he'd have Winry and everyone else if he stayed in the first world, but he'd still want to be by Ed's side.

  • mmm, i just like the "rules" a lot better in Brotherhood, before it was all changed from the manga.

  • you know that they are planning on a movie of brotherhood right? i mean there are previews on youtube apperently

  • @XShadowMario2X nope, I didn't know actually.. well, I'll put it here, however i get busy with school stuff very often, so it will take a lot..

  • OMG, the ending's so depressing, Winry doesn't get to be with Ed T.T, so sad. How Al snuck into the other world with Ed was BS though, as if Mustang would let go lol.

  • WINRY!!!!! :"(. They should have made it so that in the end everyone got back together in 1 world....

  • @Ciciella742 If you want a happier ending, watch Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It's the original story and the ending of it it's what everyone usually wanted in this movie... Ed and Winry as a couple

  • @KillTheChandeliers I did, But still, theres only one movie so I watched it. But in the end of brotherhood, Ed lost all his alchemy. :/

  • If it takes BOTH sides to open the gate, wouldn't it suffice to just destroy it on just ONE side? Stupid Ed!

  • @enginesummer99 Yeah but remember when the "real" side opened the gate and their soldiers appeared? it wasn't necessary the other gate. A transmutation circle just appeared... The "real" side only had one gate that was capable to open the gate, so Ed wanted to destroy it.

Oh and thanks for the tip for the title :)

  • @KillTheChandeliers Well, yeah, but it was an incomplete gate as evidenced by the fact that everyone who made it through was dead (and crushed!) and unable to return. But I see your point. I just think they could've figured out another way. :)

  • @enginesummer99 I dont really remember how it was but they were "crushed" when they returned to the "real" side of the world wasnt it?

but yeah I understand what you're trying to say but they needed to make an ending like that or it would be cheesy dont you think? I mean I WOULDNT LEFT WINRY ALONE if you know what im saying, but it has its "impact".

  • @KillTheChandeliers I WOULDNT LEAVE* lol sorry for my stupid english

  • @KillTheChandeliers I know poor Winry!

I dunno. My only point is that the need to close the gate wasn't QUITE so pressing that they couldn't have sat down and talked about it together first. Like how Al rightly saw that HE didn't necessarily have to be the one to close the gate, Mustang could do it. And I mean honestly, there are alchemists galore there! Couldn't someone else have gone over?

  • @enginesummer99 Mustang closed the gate by destroying it so there no one would pass to the real world but our world had the other side of the gate which could be opened with that dragon.

Well if I had the opportunity to go to another world of "magic" (alchemy) I would, humans are greedy and curious so they would try to pass the gate again. Wouldn't you?

  • Gayer than three faggots going at it while fisting eachother.

  • @BludgeoningTheWeak I'm not asking for your sexual orientation, mister. Why are you always saying me that? I respect your choice as a guy, but hey, I don't need to know. =)

  • So basically for Ed, in both series. The price for human transmutation, is no more alchemy. But in both series henstill had the choice but his morals got in the way. I guess some things are more important than alchemy

  • @WalMartBoy777 well yes, but as far as I remember, I prefer Brotherhood's ending because Ed could stay in his world and so he had family with Winry.. it was less dramatic but it was a happier ending.

  • What a douche. He left Winery all alone...

  • @weaknessisnotallowed Yeah that probably was a hard choice to make but he had to destroy the gate from the other side and he knew the price to pay...
