I have one child, and there are times when I've had it up to my eye balls with him, the adoring toddler that he is. I have donated sperm before clinically, and the mothers who are artificially inseminated must agree that they cannot legally go after the sperm donor for money and in turn I relinquish all parental rights to any children who may be born from my donations. I didn't listen to the whole interview and don't know about this case, but I don't think the donor should have to pay in these cases. Doesn't sound like she plunked down $10k+ to get pregnant though like women who use sperm banks.

I read horror stories of CPS and foster care systems taking parent(s child(ren and giving them to stranger who later abuse and worse murder the child, chopping the child up and putting him a meat freezer because the child wouldn't stop crying. Throwing the child down a elevator shaft and up against radiators etc. Fostercare is not always the best solution in most cases.
@MsSarcia Me and my siblings grew up in fostercare and it's no joke. My sister was malester in several of her homes and we all still deal with abandonment issues. We loved our Mom unconditionally and that never left us. I know someone who was looked in the basement by his foster family and he and others were raped by the foster father. the horror stories are true. And Nadya's children don't deserve that. @nikkinew the problem with foster care and CPS services imo is; they're the ones that abandon kids. They take these kids away from poor or low income parents and place them in foster homes and forget about them. They don't check in on the kids and see how they're doing; they don't get them into any kind of professional psychiatric counseling if needed. They just split the kids up and leave them with foster parents until something tragic happens. Then you hear crap like "We didn't know" from CPS.

part A. She had rented or brought a big white bus (mini van) that house all her kids with room to spare just perfectly. The kids all had on Old Navy short sets, and just as cute as can be. (Check out the pics on Radar Online) And she said this was the first time she's taking all her kids at once to the beach. The kids are clean, laughing and playing with their mom on the swing. Those kids are happy people, they're happy. :) Judge Nutso was wrong about them!

I have donated sperm before clinically, and the mothers who are artificially inseminated must agree that they cannot legally go after the sperm donor for money and in turn I relinquish all parental rights to any children who may be born from my donations. I didn't listen to the whole interview and don't know about this case, but I don't think the donor should have to pay in these cases. Doesn't sound like she plunked down $10k+ to get pregnant though like women who use sperm banks.

I feel like JJ is right on the money with everything she said about N. It is a shame that you think she is doing so fine when her child are not getting the love and support from there crazy azz mom. Beverly Hills Psychiatrist Carole Lieberman filed a complaint with CPS (Child Protective Services) to have all eight Octo babies put into foster care.

@MsSarcia Foster care is no joke. Most people do it for the money and don't treat the children well. The level of abandonment will live with this children for the rest of their lives plus tax payer will pay for their care. Helping Nadya keep her babies because she truly loves them and wants them is the best solution to this story. Which involves real people! People want to take her children away just to be mean, and I don’t agree with that.

@nikkinew123 it's almost like you're reading my mind and that's scary. lol jk but I totally agree with everything you said. I read horror stories of CPS and foster care systems taking parent(s child(ren and giving them to stranger who later abuse and worse murder the child, chopping the child up and putting him a meat freezer because the child wouldn't stop crying. Throwing the child down a elevator shaft and up against radiators etc. Fostercare is not always the best solution in most cases.

@MsSarcia Me and my siblings grew up in fostercare and it's no joke. My sister was malester in several of her homes and we all still deal with abandonment issues. We loved our Mom unconditionally and that never left us. I know someone who was looked in the basement by his foster family and he and others were raped by the foster father. the horror stories are true. And Nadya's children don't deserve that. It would be a nightmare. I know this by personal experience. I lived it:(

nikkinew, sorry to hear about the tragic time in your life. Sounds horrible and makes me sad just reading it. Personally, I think that if a parent is low income or poor they shouldn't have their kids taking away from them. The family should be help not rip apart. If a child is being abuse, neglected, abandon, molested something along those lines. Sure they should be removed from the home. But to split a family up just because the mother is on assitance as in the case of Nadya? That's ridiculous!

@MsSarcia You are correct! And Nadya hasn't been deemed any of these things. My mom was mentally ill & abusive but we still loved her R.I.P mom. Shouldn't the punishment fit the crime? I can't image how much Nadya and her children will suffer if evil people got their way. What's wrong with America. Why are people so hateful? I really wish I could help Nadya.

@nikkinew the problem with foster care and CPS services imo is; they're the ones that abandon kids. They take these kids away from poor or low income parents and place them in foster homes and forget about them. They don't check in on the kids and see how they're doing; they don't get them into any kind of professional psychiatric counseling if needed. They just split the kids up and leave them with foster parents until something tragic happens. Then you hear crap like "We didn't know" from CPS.

Nadya hasn't done a thing that warrant her kids being taking away from her. People tried every excuse in the book to remove Nadya kids, even went so far as to trying to find her guilty of breaking some kind of law and have her thrown in jail. Pitiful! They accuse her of exploiting her kids for money and fame, accuse of her defrauding the government, chid neglect... I mean Carole Leiberman sent letters to CPS- 30 complaints trying to take Nadya kids away and for what? She never even met Nadya.

Love and hate, good and evil, right and wrong is the choice God has giving us all. Some choose to hate because it's much easier to do, especially if we're hating inside... we often push that hate on others and some call that jealousy.

UGH Tabloids-- It's such piece of garbage, pathetic tabloid writing exploiting people for money (kids/adult) nobody's safe. But they'll like kiss reality TV Kate Gosselin and Duggars arse in articles but rip Nadya apart. Well FYI-- there but the grace of God goes the Duggars and Gosslin's if wasn't for TLC. I don't see Nadya doing that as of yet... though I wish she reconsider for money purposes. No, she is not on any form of assistance and nobody has been able to prove otherwise. Until they can, why not show the woman some respect? Gees, I don't think any haters out there could have made it the first week yet alone almost two years single handedly raising 14 little ones. Judge Judy was so wrong about Nadya! Big thumbs up to Nadya! Keep your chin up girl, not every American is full of horse crap.

Part 2-- People are complaining that Nadya home is a "chaotic environment" mess. Um I would like to see you all try to raise eight 18 months old, two 3 yrs. Old twins, a 5 yrs old autistic child and three older children age reigning 9. 8 and 7 yrs old and let's see if your home is perfectly quiet and well organized? Part 1-- sibling rivalry fighting over toys etc. No one said it was going to be easy, Nadya said repeatedly every day is a constant struggle and she needs all the help she can get. It's reported she now has a live in nanny to help her so she can at least get proper sleep. She's doing the best she can. I find it amazing and sure like to see how she handle every day life with all those kids. Duggars can't do it alone, they use their eldest kids as nannies and called it the "buddy system". lol

part B-- Nadya had anything done other then a "boobs job" 20 years ago that she has admitted to and that was before she even had kids. The rest of that crapola spread about Nadya is BS, I personally refused to believe any of that tabloid junk unless I see actual proof, not rumors and hearsay. And even still I wouldn't care. Are our lives so perfect that we can stand there and pass judgment on others? TMZ has a video, caught Nadya just as she was leaving for a day at the beach with all her kids.

part A. She had rented or brought a big white bus (mini van) that house all her kids with room to spare just perfectly. The kids all had on Old Navy short sets, and just as cute as can be. (Check out the pics on Radar Online) And she said this was the first time she's taking all her kids at once to the beach. The kids are clean, laughing and playing with their mom on the swing. Those kids are happy people, they're happy. :) Judge Nutso was wrong about them!

Hahaha she has been proven sooo wrong! It's been over a year & Nadya is doing just fine, she even looks great! Yeah, she made a huge mistake by even attempting to have 1 more let alone 8 more kids, BUT my God, she is living with her decision and I'm sure it's not easy. JJ YOU WERE WRONG! And social services did come in and found Nadya to be a GOOD mother! JJ doesn't like kids & can't understand why Nadya loves children so much! Maybe JJ would off her 14 kids if they drove her crazy!

@nikkinew123 ITA with you. Like I said, Judge nutso is despicable! I watched a couple of her shows and was very furious of her way of judging. The way she cut litigants off and call children stupid, yelling at people and pointing at them to stand up and sit down like their dogs etc. Ugh! She's a pig! This I don't understand... Nadya has been investigated inside and out. Judge, CPS has all found this woman fit to raise and care for her own kids. Why do people want her kids taking away from her?

Nadya never asked for their help, never wanted their services, infact she ignored their request for weeks, so, so that they went to the media to get Nadya to accept them. It's been what, nearly 18 months since Nadya giving birth to octuplets and I haven't seen one sign of Nadya neglecting, abandon, abusing, mistreating or starving her kids. Not one sign of her waking up deciding her kids should be with God. As far as I know, Nadya is not a burden on tax payers and has been doing various jobs to earn a living. SHUT UP JUDGE NUTSO!! LOL

@MsSarcia We might disagree on this 1. I don't think the man should be responsible for raising a child he donate to woman who desperately wanted a children of her own. Saying “I'll be legally responsible for this child if you give it to me" and then, forcing the mrn 2 help raise the kids. If women can hold men liable in the end, men might stop donating. It just doesn’t seem fair 2 to agree 2 something and then after it’s said and done, you change the terms of the agreement.

@nikkinew123 Oh I totally agree with you on this. I don't think I ever said the donor should be responsible though. lol The donor shouldn't be responsible. After all, Nadya said; she and the father had a contract keeping him out of everything and she will take sole legal responsibility for caring and raising their kids, in return she will not expose his name but if he ever wanted to be a part of their kids life she would not deny him. And imo they both kept their part of the agreement.

@nikkinew123 Yeah Nadya said so on the Ann Curry special, Dr Phil and on her Radar Online video diary blogs that the father of her 14 kids has nothing to do with the children. That she takes full responsibility for all her kids and she will never say who he is or where he lives. Because he is not apart of this, they sign an agreement on that and Nadya has stuck to that agreement since the story broke. But she also stayed that if he ever wanted to be in their lives she will not deny him.
