  • Hysterically funny.

  • I LOVE CAROL AND THE GANG!

It is a shame that you can't find comedians this good anymore! At least they can be preserved on You Tube for our enjoyment.

  • How I remember the censors losing their hair over the skits.....

  • who is number two?

  • @ClassicsWEREandARE No. 2 is Lyle Waggoner.

  • haha viky lawerence is hilarous just coming on and dancing

  • Was that thing jumping around Vicky Lawrence?

  • lol chaperone Vikki!!! she was only 18 there!

  • Must be the first year of the show. She owes a lot to Imogene Coca (though she obviously brings more to it). Great stuff.

  • hahaha how have i never seen this before?! this is amazing!! =D

  • Number two is Lyle Wagoner, correct?

  • @travis7310 yeah

  • Her character on here reminds of when she was on "The Lucy Show".

  • It's weird how it said "in color", when it's in B + W.

  • @travis7310 - This does survive on color videotape; however, what's shown here is a B&W kinescope.

  • LOL - that's hilarious! It's so funny when she's trying to climb the wall and her dress keeps sliding up. The old Carol Burnett show reruns still crack me up. I love them!!!

  • doea anyone know the date this episode aired?

  • @hillsidebeesknees14 - Based on the guest list, this would've been Dec. 11, 1967.

  • I don't know why the early episodes of this show (and the very late ones) were kept out of the reruns (legal reasons, I guess). Thank you for putting up such an early one. Number One is John Davidson, isn't he? (I'm pretty sure.)

  • @Oppledeldoc - Dual ownership issues. The first 134 episodes (aired between 1967 and '72) are co-owned by producer/packager Bob Banner. As for the last season (1977-78) - apparently that season was edited into half-hour chunks for "Carol Burnett & Friends" and actually shown that way on TBS in the '90's - but because it doesn't have Korman, it's akin to the first season of "Mission: Impossible" with Steven Hill (which was likewise hardly ever shown).

  • one and two is three!!! just love it!!!

  • "THE RAT RACE" is the Skit on "THE CAROL BURNETT SHOW" on CBS-TV.

  • Holy molasses, awesome.

    NUMBER THREE!
