How to cast-on/knit/purl stitch for begginers (Request)

This video was great,but I really wanted to leanr fast,so I skipped to the cast on part. It was helpful,but whenever I did it,it messed up. I've always been bad at knitting,and need to learn(Not nessacrily need to).

Please help me!

@Brinal1 No u don't but I was hoping since your so good at it you could teach me how because i tried it the way you doing it but when i try to make something it falls apart literally lol XD...
