Actually, there have been links found between intelligence and memorization skills, and being able to memorize (and pronounce) the names and appearances of 10 complete strangers before the age of 1 bodes extremely well for this kid. You can't see its lips, that's true but you can tell where the baby is putting the intonation's in by the way its body pulls back a little. Babies don't have enough of a vocal push so every syllable that's loud causes their whole body to move.
Either way, this is SO adorable and that baby is truly amazing for being able to wrap her tongue around "Eisenhower"
