The other sax player was Ernie Watts.Bob Keys messed up by not reliably turning up for gigs; the bottom line was you can get fucked up but must make the gig. From 81 onwards he was back on board and what an asset he has been ever since.
You can see how much Keith loves Bobby Keyes during his solo- Keef calls him his best pal - born a few hours apart celebrating their birthdays on this night (I'm no expert, just read it in Keith's new book, "Life".
