  • Wow! I can watch horror movies, no problem, but this.. I couldn't bare to watch more than half the video! If i'd watch more it feels like I would never dare to armwrestle again O.o And btw, in sweden where I come from we call it "armbrytning" witch means arm breaking. Now I see why :P

  • @racecar142 I totally agree with you.

  • There is always a risk in everything IF YOU DON'T DO IT RIGHT....Everybody in his video was STUPID, and had NO CLUE about how to ARMWRESTLE .....I did professional armwrestling, and it's safe if you follow the rules....your arm has to be basically attached to your body, u don't put all the pressure to your arm, or you'll break it like these guys did...

  • at 1:22 ,that was Michael Jay White ?

  • Why do I never see black guys tearing tendons and breaking bones? Goddamn superman genetics. It's always the white dudes.

  • @otnomnoraa LOL, i just watched how a black man broke his arm against white ;DDD...

  • am i the only one not caring about this? How fucking often do you end up arm wrestling?

  • fuck i hate the armwrestling ones , makes me not want to armwrestle for fun...

  • my mother is a police man..

  • DIDNT KNOW U COULD TEAR UR BICEP TENDON WITH ARMWRESTLING :o!

  • WHY THE FUCK DO PEOPLE TRY TO CROUCH UNDER THE TABLE DURING ARMWRESTLES?!! ITS FUCKING CHEATING! THATS HOW PEOPLE GET HURT

  • @GamerJelly thats how your supposed to arm wrestle you fucking idiot , you dont just use internal rotation of your shoulder that would destroy your rotator cuffs you need to align your body so more pressure on muscles and not on joints , moron

  • @sdfefde Yeah, sure.

Thats why no one ever broke their arm from doing it...

Only when people do that crouching bullshit, do people get their fucking bones broke.

    Explain that?

  • @GamerJelly dude check out some professional arm wrstling , yes that asian did crouch but you can see he left his arm behind , like his body was going on and on but his arm was left behind because of weakness , even more that guy probably dosent even go to the gym ,dosent even train EVEN MORE SO ARM WRESTLING , joints used in arm wrestling are so fragile because its hard to mimic it with training , u need to practice alot of arm wrestling itself , so that asian was just pissweak

  • @GamerJelly and if you raise one arm up with elbow bent and u twist it from side to side the muscles who do that are VERY small , doing it like that is basically a battle of the rotatory cuffs , you need to align your whole upper body chain to deliver an internal force to push/pull your opponents arm towards or to your side

  • There's a good reason why strong men competitors don't do arm wrestling. The skilled arm wrestler moves quickly to a leverage advantage position that is impossible to resist regardless of strength. It's sort of like attempting curl 400 lbs with one arm: impossible.

  • Side effects our ass! those are accidents!

  • gente pelotuda no alse tanto peso si el cuerpo no es una maquina y en las pulceada las hacen re mal por eso se dislocan el brazo o una fractura

  • LOL.. i love it when one's arm breaks... it feels so good... lol

  • this video scares the shit outta me

  • lol, can't watch this shit

  • these cunts just need more calcium

  • How does this happen????

  • oouuch

  • Don't armwrestle wen you dont know how to.

  • 0:10 guy on left had no idea how to arm wrestle

  • People mistakenly say that certain snakes are poisoness all the time. They're venomous, not poisoness.

  • i broke my arm bcz of the same reason.. i was hand wrestling! it was 3 months ago! damn it was a fuckin bad experience..so if anybody is reading this...DONT PLAY THAT GAME cz nobody knows how to play it right and when to stop!

  • I am masturbating right now

  • @DeusUniversa10 why would u be masturbating while watching this? oh nt trying to be funny and get thumbs up LOL

  • Side effects of deadlifting? I can tell which person's arm will snap before the clip even begins based on the positions of each person's arm and the direction the force is being applied.

With proper form deadlifting, you won't rupture your biceps tendon.

Steroids don't develop your tendons and bones so handling significantly heavier weight than the body was previously capable of using naturally can lead to tears and injury.

    This video is fucking retarded.

  • @phillyfreak7 TRUE BUT U CAN STILL CUT UR TENDON NATURALLY WITH PERFECT TECHNIQUE N DEADLIFTING.BUT IDIOTS ALWAYS TRY TO CURL THE DEADLIFT.WHATS THE POINT TO TRY TO CURL STH U CAN BARELY LIFT WITH 90 PER CENT OF YOUR MUSCLES IS BEYOND ME :)

  • This and Tech N9be's "Be Warned" have the exact same beat.

  • Magnus samuelsson at 0:28

  • How is this possible?

  • your arm snaps like that if you lean forward...look at all the videos the dude leans forward and his fucking arm snaps

  • use only double overhand grip.I've never seen anyone tear their bicep using double overhand. The arm that always gets injured is the undergripped one. It's not worth it.

  • @1crazyirish You've never seen anyone tear their bicep using double overhand because double overhand doesn't allow you to lift at your max, or if it does, it means your deadlift isn't that strong to begin with so injury is impossible.

  • @mduxburygrip yea i agree with ye mate but everyone to their own, i much prefer to bench press and shoulder press and biceps curl, just personal choice, just because i hate the deadlift doesnt mean i dont do it. i have a very touchy back and i slip discs often so i tend to dislike dogging my back

  • i fuckin hate the deadlift

  • really laughed at the last deadlift-guy, he just really looks like he's trying to act tough by lifting more than he can.

  • I'm glad I never max out on my lifts.

  • arm-wrestling is brutal in terms of trauma possibility... one should learn how to do it properly otherwise you will achieve nothing, but a temporarily inflated ego and permanently fucked elbow\wrist\shoulder

  • thumbs up if u mute the song

  • Side effects? Lol You faggott! Those are sport accidents!

  • Haha that dude was not only substantially weaker, but so were his bones. Never arm wrestle again, or else you'll get yo shit snapped nukka

  • What happend? 0:53

  • @colaemil lol are you blind? Half the guys muscle on his left arm just poofs.

  • @colaemil torn bicep

  • I feel sorry for him 0:28

  • what happen to the guy at 0.46?

  • @motorruben watch his bicep, the muscles tore.

  • @coolcatrich saw it =) thanks for reply!

btw, on deadlifts the arms must be stretched, right?

  • @motorruben Yeah on deadlifts lock out your triceps and have your arms completely perpendicular to the floor so that you don't tear a bicep. And more importantly straight back haha

  • @amounirl

    ok :P

its fun to do deadlifts ahah

  • @motorruben Yeah DL's are my favorite lift

  • Drink some milk dumbasses!

  • Magnus is an official Strongman. Overall probably quite more powerful than Jones.

  • I am never going to arm wrestle again ...

  • Shit noget stressende musik! Mike Oldfield kunne man godt havde været foruden .

  • ofcourse the white guy's arm would break at the end :P

  • If course u get injuries going 100procent off what u can lift. If u go for 80procent and more reps i bet the injuries wouldnt be there. And u would still get stronger.

  • @stubben24 to gain fast and to elite u must do 100%

  • other two words of advice : Mixed grip (when deadliftinh)

  • Those Muscle guys as Bodybuilders and Powerlifters always have weak bones becoue they are using steroids and much protein to gain muscles. when you drink much protein at this time calcium goes from your bones. so you need to eat calcium with protein. so if u have big muscles thats not mean u will be strong in armwrestling and will be protected from bone broke. you need to train sometimes in armrestling style if u want to armwrestle with some guys.

  • @MrRezz0 lifting actually increases bone density. and what are you talking about protein taking calcium away from your bones? lifters probly have waaaaaay stronger bones than the average person. You have no fucking clue what you are talking about

  • @slimsladey

He doesn't have any clue of what he is talking about, what you said is correct.

  • @MrRezz0

You don't know what you are talking about, where did you get this "drinking protein weakens your bone" thing? It's not true and lifters don't have weaker bones, they have much stronger bones, bone density and muscle strength go hand in hand, which means if your muscles get stronger, so do your bones.

  • ja okay det er du :P

  • er du dansker :i ??

  • These guys all have one thing in common: They eat meat and dairy products.

  • whats he point about deadlifts???????? deadlifts and armwrestling a two totally different things

  • i hate these videos, now im never comfortable arm wrestling

  • @123highman321 just verse people weaker than you

  • @SalesBlaze that first video looked like it was against someone weaker than him

  • @123highman321 yeh thats true :)

  • fuck that just all loked horribly painful : (

  • hmm mg there is one in armwrestling they lacked technique and in deadlift they had to overtrain themselves

  • @DanielSel explain we what that might be please

  • well i know what im not doing anymore

  • and this is why i dont arm wrestle

  • STOOPID-ASS MOTHERFUCKERS!!!

  • this is bullshit. First of all, armwrestling is like fighting, you need conditioning before doing it. Also, the guy pulling his bicep on the deadlift was probably on some kind of drugs because natural althletes has something that people on steroids dosent have, and that is the body's natural alarm system that tell us how much can we push before we start taking damage.

A natural athlete would simply drop the bar because his hands whould automatically open against his will.

  • @tlast2O12dude

True... video should really be called, Side Effects of perfomance enhancing drugs

  • @tlast2O12dude thats not 100% right, i am natural i pull a bit more than my doubleweight, and if you have the will you can go far, more far than your body. you can hurt with roids or not. roids dont make the difference between an injury or not.i hurt ma knee by squats and my calves cause i dont stop at .. "the alarmsystem" one time also my shoulder, bot everything is fine :-)

  • @pickelamarsch everything is fine except your spelling.

  • @1546trent my grama faults is everything you can comment to? wow! great i´m impressed.

  • @pickelamarsch haha you still fail. oh yah i can also comment on the fact that you obviously have zero i say zero common sense because you dont stop at that alarm. there is a difference in pushing yourself past your breaking point and pushing yourself too far. the difference is that i can go back to the gym the next day sore as hell and can still lift, but you have to either get medical attention or you just sit at home doing nothing, but taking pills that you think will help you lift more.

  • @pickelamarsch so good luck with your bright injury filled broken future, i hope you the best :)

  • @1546trent hm.. ive no sense... ok. erm, for me its like: soldiers die and lifters sometimes hurt ^^ you know any powerlifter, bodybuilder, strongman who NEVER got an injury in his career? exapmple, patrik babaumian pulls a muscle fiber in his calve. after only a few weeks hes doin squats again. please dont judge about me or my future, you dont know me as i dont know you :-) peace

  • @tlast2O12dude You have no clue what your talking about. My buddy majored in sports heath and he shook his head and walked away after he read your comment.

  • @sk8tafrnk What did your buddy disagree with? The remark about needing conditioning for arm wrestling is absolutely correct, do a search for arm wrestling injuries and it's almost always some amateur goofing around. In terms of steroids and deadlifting, most bicep tears are to the tendon, and conveniently enough, steroids allow the muscle to strengthen faster than the tendon, putting the tendon at greater risk due to the heavier weights that can be handled.

  • @fdfdfdfdsss Steroids or not, this man is clearly weak.

  • @tlast2O12dude ...That guy deadlifting is called Ano Turtiainen ,now go and tell him he uses steroids.

  • @tlast2O12dude lol when my hands let go at 575 i didnt even try again lol gotta train harder and keep working hard

  • @tlast2O12dude thats not actually true.. just shut the fuck up and go way

  • @tlast2O12dude actually before you make ignorant comments about steroids you should research the topic a bit, the guy deadlifting tore his bicep tendon because he was using an underhand grip with that hand thus contracting the muscle, the tear was so quick he had no time to react it happens many times with underhand grip deadlifting

  • @tlast2O12dude that is biggest shit i ever heard on one stand.. Its properly writed tho..

  • @tlast2O12dude I see what you mean but I swear natural atheletes have done some serious damage despite their natural alarm system

  • @tlast2O12dude do u even now how to deadlift? u dont even use the biceps lol. thats why i broke it. he used it...

  • @cubeflyingcircus15 idk hit about deadlift, look at my channel, i only have myself singing karaoke songs and in one of them i'm dressed as a pokemon, more precisely pikachu.

  • @tlast2O12dude your a beast dude keep up the good work!

  • @cubeflyingcircus15 Exactly. Using your biceps during the lifting of heavy weight is DANGEROUS!

  • @tlast2O12dude are you stupid?

  • A good arm wrestler will win the match!

A great arm wrestler will fucking snap his opponents arm like a twig!

  • @100tonlifter as funny as your comment is, it's not correct. John brzenk, the greatest armwrestler (look it up in guinness records) has not broken anybody's arm to my knowledge. But still a funny concept, your quote :)

  • @trashbash2001 I know nothing about the sport...I just know that was a harsh injury. Didn't even know it could happen arm wrestling.

  • The bigger they are...

  • what is happening in the arm wrestling ones? It looks like their arms are breaking like at the elbow for a second than back to normal?

  • How did the fat fuck at 1:25 break his arm?! He was at the right angle, and the black guy wasn't! Perhaps it's just because black people have "superior bone density" or some shit.

  • im drinking milk right now

  • 0:30 i lose armwrestling match withdraw withrdaw

  • @cpunge001. I am not a stupid american, I am British! Get your facts right before posting. Magnus went on to win the worlds strongest man., not that year but in the future. Nathen Jones career was ended. Because he was weak and did not know what he was doing! He had to go acting. Cpunge001 what are facs? Dumb ass!

  • what the fuck does "og" mean?

  • dumb fuck is dumb fuck.

  • That's what happens! xD

  • Magnus was europes best armwrestler at the time and stronger in that event. No piont in being strong if you break easily.lol

  • @OFFSHOREDOUG no he wasnt stupid american! get facs before posting!

  • NICE ITS ON DANISH HAHAHA sorry for caps but couldn't resist.

  • Armwrestling legends

Some noted top arm wrestling competitors include John Brzenk (hailed as the greatest arm wrestler of all time), Alexey Voevoda and Magnus Samuelsson.

  • Why the gay music? How stupid!

  • it's tubular bells

  • These breaks had NOTHING to do with deadlifts, OR having weak bones either, and all the calcium pills on earth will NOT protect your arm from breaking in this manner. THis is a result from SIDE-TWIST-Armwrestling/NO tecnique at all. There is very little power in this movement, and the twisting of the humerus is what breaks it. What you want to do is PULL toward your inside corner, NEVER use side-twist. Sadly, Side-twist is what MOST amatuers/novice do.

  • Comment removed

  • @meathead320 Correct. The majority of breaks that you see on youtube are from what you mentioned- the side twist...leaving your arm behind as you twist around to attempt to gain a more comfortable position. The one exception is where the guy's forearm snaps. OUCH!

  • @StevenConverse correct but incorrect the majority of breaks are in fact the humerous bone between the shoulder and elbow but incorrect on leaving your arm behind then twist there is three different ways to brake the humerous first too much preasure at one moment in time second a spiral motion in the sholder to humerous connect will cause a spiral brake in the humerous not common but possible third is twisting your arm whil in a single spot will fracture the bone so yea

  • Comment removed

  • LOL on the arm wrestling brakes the other guys face always looks so funny

  • can u actully feel it going or is it just instant, ur body must warn you to back off with a little pain or something

  • @frisbyrb5 well ya, but when you're armwrestling at that level it doesn't really matter. You're going to feel alot of pain regardless. It's just like when you fall off something and break a bone. You don't feel it slowly break and have your body say "hey woah woah woah slow down here", it's just like SNAP gone.

  • you can only push human body so much

  • thats bullshit!!!!!

  • like the song :D

  • Wow that first deadlifter guy you can see his bicep snap. Watch his left arm the bicep suddenly shortens and curls. Damn.

I guess I won't be trying over-under anytime soon. I'll stick to my pure overhand!

  • don't ice a torn bicep!! it causes the muscle to recede further into the arm!!

  • I know this question will be off-topic but;

What is the name of that music??I loved it..

  • It is from the movie The Exorcist.. I don't know what it is called....

  • @Seckino82

Right under the movie it says "Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells/Part 1"

  • @mammutdk i dont get, how does the arm wrestling affects my arms???

  • Tubular Bells - Mike Oldfield

  • @mammutdk . Tubular bell`s- Mike Oldfield. :)

  • @seckino82 Its called Tubular bells by Mike Oldfield

  • @seckino82 Mike Oldfield - Tubular Bells-Part 1

  • @seckino82 Tubular Bells

  • @seckino82 I believe the music is called Tubular Bells. Mike Oldfield is the composer.

  • @seckino82 tubular bells mike oldfield mid 70s

  • @seckino82 mike oldfield: tubular bells

  • @seckino82 its called tubelalur bells i thnk

  • @seckino82 Lol tech nine makes a song just like this, BE WARNNEDDD.

  • @seckino82 Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield

  • Yup! Maybe some one should make a video to teach the proper techniques about arm wrestling. Armwrestling is a serious sport no kidding. Never eeever lift your elbow or your arm will break in that way too.Sometimes, is better to lose than impress everyone the wrong way.

  • Jones had never focused on working the top part of his wrist, and also had no knowledge about how to properly arm wrestle. That is its own sport.

So in trying to side arm wrestle, while he was in a hook (he had not idea what that even is), Jones essentially broke his own arm when he twisted his body sideways.

This is the normal way arms break armwrestling. It is a very common.

  • awesome top roll by Magnus, Jones was in " breakarm" the second he looked away...

  • ofc magnus was stronger in some paticular parts in the arm, jones was stronger then (very little) now magnus is way stronger...

  • two words of advice: Masturbate more

  • @ilovehell666 Hahaha

  • @ilovehell666 Break the word up and you end up with, mast your bate....

  • AHAHAHAHA

  • nooo dam yo im buff and i was armwrestelng my freacken cuz and my right side of the chest muscle moved to my arm :(............... i need help.........

  • Change the title or your video, he broke his arm because he was turning his entire arm into it and keeping his wrist bent like fuck. Thats why he broke it, his wrist was alot weaker then the rest of his arm and he didnt know how to properly arm wrestle.

  • Treu. Jones didn't know how to arm wrestle. He wasn't weaker then Magnus.

  • @fadordo his wrist was probbaly weaker^^

  • @fadordo Exactly. Jones had just won the 1995 Worlds Stength Championships a few week earlier, and his feats would have made him a contender in 1995 had he competed in the finals, which he DID qualify for. Magnus finished 10th in the finals that year, and he did not start winning until he gained about 50 pounds. At the time of that Armwestling match, Nathan was stronger, he just knew nothing of how to armwrestle, and twisted his body, breaking his own damn arm. Magnus was NOT "way stronger".

  • LOL, you almost got it all right....right up to the point of your last sentence. Actually, Magnus is a whole heaping shitload stronger! Strong as Jones is(without a doubt)...still a big gap there.

  • @fadordo magnus got a stronger wrist thats why he won O.o

  • @fadordo magnus got a stronger grip ;)

  • @fadordo Srry , but I do believe magnus is stronger than Nathan.

  • Please face it everybody, if you won't let your wrist go beyond your shoulder, NOTHING WILL EVER HAPPEN.

  • right

  • bah,idiotilor.... skandenbergu' e un sport ca oricare altu...sunteti niste prosti ! cred ca si o fata va poate da ! asa k taceti draq din gura, muieri ce sunteti!

  • No it doesn´t give you weaker elbows, but you can tear your biceps in that arm, where the fingers turn away fra the body... I done it myself... twice..... Many strongmen has done it..... Oli Thompson, Jon Pall Sigmarsson, Badenhorst, Magnus Samuelson...

  • @mammutdk

i use the grip with both hands towards the body , does this avoid that .

is it bad for the back not to use the other grip?

  • so deadlifting gives u weaker elbows? cause i deadlift regularly and i injured my arm from an arm wrrestling contest aswell

  • Im with canvasguy.

  • Arm wrestling is a stupid sport breaking your arm or tearing your bicep to show the world you are strong makes no sense i am 6 foot 302lbs and i am very strong in the gym but i ain't gonna brake my arm to please the crowd LOL....

  • I agree

  • u lil fat :)
