BTW, some (or most) of these pics are wrong, cuz Dark Sakura has pure white hair due to her infinite magic, and not her purple hair (which is also not her natural hair colour, since it was originally brown when she was born).
@ryaneoh Indeed, The purple hair is due to Zouken's worms adding a water element to her natural element (hence changing her physical looks as a result). It's similar to how Kariya got all messed up, except his was more extreme due to the quick absorbtion of power beyond his abilities. The white hair is because of her fusing with the Third Magic of the Grail (hence why it returns back to purple once the link with the Grail is cut off).

There is an anime, of course, but only the 'good' Sakura is inside, and the Dark one is not. To put it on what you guys says why is she turned into evil?
In the Fate heavens feel route zoukin put a worm or should i say crest worm, it's purpose is to observe sakura and if she doesn't do what zoukin says well the worm will EAT her inside out, and thus if the crest worm is activated it will consumes sakura's mana and inside of her will go insane and a lust towards men, if she doesn't take a LOVE, then the worm will torn her.. (Note: that the crest worm is only active not passive)
@risenz08 She had remnants of the Holy Grail stuck in her soul since she was a child (the previous TAINTED vessel). The combination of this and her evolving feelings with Shirou (she began to have hope. ONLY in HF route) made her emotionally malleable (you can't manipulate someone in numb despair). Angra Mainyu acted as she slept projecting a Shadow outside her control.
Once she realized the dreams weren't dreams, she put a stop, trying to not sleep. But accidentally killing Shinji
@risenz08 in self defense, caused her to SNAP (she was trying to resist to this, by keeping herself awake and face her grandfather, which she fell into his trap). After snapping, the fact she was a person turned grail and had to host Heroic Spirits was a PAIN so great that drove her wildly insane.
Even so, *Dark Sakura* never really killed anyone aside of Assassin, she did help to kill Zouken and Kotomine. That's it. Bad/Dead endings aside.
WEll there is some sort of worm inside her body that increases her mana output a lot..but it increase her carnal desires too much..if she doesn´t have intercourse she might go insane..so in the novel she was raped until to the point of breaking I guess nad from that anguish Angra used her as a vessel and took over..creating Dark Sakura

Dark Sakura comes from the "Fate" series;
Fate/Stay Night, to be more precise. It is NOT in the anime version, but the original visual novel, in the Heavels Feel story-line route.
=/ I have no idea how her "persona" was altered and how her "behavior" is when she became what she was.
Though from what I hear: Shirou was turned into quite the "play-mate" for a while...=/
