  • The die cast models are really taking over from the plastic model kits. We sell a lot of die cast at work.

  • @monarch1957 The die cast models have definitely become highly collectible.

  • @2024JayZ You're right, a lot of vintage bikes are bringing real good money these days.

  • This is great I feel like I'm there! Thanks for the tour! I once had the pleasure of videotaping Jim Click's (Tucson, AZ - Ford Dealer) personal car collection (at his 50th birthday party) it included his Shelby Cobra that (I guess) he used to race. Your video reminded me of that time in my life (Chuck Berry was the musical entertainment). Thanks for posting!

  • @PhilipQsongwriter1 Thanks, I'm glad it brought back some memories. Sounds like you had a pretty amazing experience at Jim's birthday party. You know it's a great party when Chuck Berry is your entertainment for the evening.....amazing.

  • A regular walk through history! About how much were they asking for the framed ads? 1:13

    Thanks for taking us along!

  • @cheesestr4wz Thanks for watching. Sorry, but I'm not sure of the prices on those ads, I was just kind of glancing around that day.

  • There is all kinds of nostalgia in there. It's funny how the shift has gone from mechanical gauges to neon LED guages to indiglo, back to oldskool VDO. I still use AutoMeter over VDO. Good video!
