  • Thank you so much for posting this! It's so nice to see them back. I've seen and heard this great band in 1978 at the Breda Jazz Festival in Holland and I have never stopped playing their records ever since.

    Yes, they do record Salt Peanuts, and the cd is reissued !

  • I had their two LP's in the eighties. These were my all time favourite players. And now to see them as well is just unbelievable. From the writing style of the titles it look like one of Monsieur Jean Christophe Averty's productions. The best jazz filmmaker in France.

  • Did this band ever record Salt Peanuts? That would be interesting played in an early jazz style. I would like to hear that. The clarinet exchange on this tune, the one posted, is very good. Thanks for posting this recording by this band with a unique concept.
