And this song is one of my favorites. When I first heard him play it live, seems like ages ago when he toured for that album, I just stood there, with my mouth agape and tears streaming down my face. It's remarkable, when he plays that song, the crowd just goes silent for awhile, and then they start singing along. There is no screaming, no yelling, just Joan. It's completely perfect.

Butch is normally more well known for being a producer. If you look at his producing credits, he's worked with a lot of larger name acts like Avril and Pink for example. In fact, he's quite a sought after producer in the music industry. However, Butch has been around as a musician for a long time- with Marvelous 3 before his solo act. He really is an amazing artist, and you're right, it's sad that he doesn't always get the credit he's due. But I think this album will change that for him.
Holy shit, I seriously almost cried. This song already makes me so sad, but when you actually watch this video and see all the emotion in Butch's eyes..then it really hits you. Love it.

He was truly amazing and put on an incredible show.
