this is called an 'interclub' in the uk. its not classed as a fight, just heavy sparring. we dont wear body pads or headguards when we do it either. are they under 16 or something?

Check with Philly MMA to see when their next smoker will be probably in 3 months and show up. 40 bucks and you can fight you do have to be training at a reputable school. We are fighters A. we don't want people to get hurt and B. We all want good fights to improve our skills
