try bending the the 2nd string up twice at the 16th fret, then pull off to the 14th fret ( play that twice) Then quickly hammer on to the 16th fret again and quickly pull off to the 13th fret and play that. Then finish off by playing the 14th fret twice. I'm about 87.897% sure thats right
Maybe turn your distortion down a bit. And maybe tune your guitar a bit better for starters...
