Second, the way the gay story is integrated into the whole fabric is great.

Third,bringing up the lack of partnership rights is wonderful.

Why do people have to be so picky? It's a soap opera! It's not made to be factual, it's made to be entertaining. And in my opinion it's a lot more entertaining then watching something that's completely true to life because it allows for a lot more dramatic possibilities.

I love this episode. Mason getting punched by Luke was definitely one of the best parts. ;]

Wow. The writing team doesn't even have confidence in itself to give the poor doctor a few words to say. What was he just standing there doing, while Luke went off about ... crap?

I LOVE Van (usually), but I felt he did a very very VERY poor job of acting today. It felt so mechanical. Am I the only one?

Also, if the adoption goes thru. I just thought about this. "Legally" Luke is not damien's son. He was adopted by HOlden.

So, that means, the "legal" heir to the grimaldi's fortune or at least damian's money is going to be Noah.

Who is the person that Luke always call in case he needs something? Holden.

He has always been the one person whom Luke always goes for help.

He was drinking beer at the bar, so he must be at least 21.

So, my question is , you heard about the rumors of what it is ging to hapenn.

How is that possible when he is already an adult? Plus his dad still around and he hasnt reliquinshed his parental rights.

I know this is a soap, but common, dont insult the viewer's intelligence.

I'm really not sure how the whole adoption thing is going to work, because I wondered the same thing. As an adult, I do believe, Noah would need to consent to being adopted my Lily and Damian. The surgery makes sense, because in any situation if the patient is unconcious and can't make medical desicions for themselves, a family member must make those decisions for that patient.

But we have to remember it's a soap. Crazy shit is supposed to happen XD

Like I said. In case of life and death, if doctor can't get a consent for a relative or the patient, they are allowed to perform the procedure. But only in extreme cases. Brain swelling, I am sure qualifies for that.

Also, he is a student. You are not allowed to be a university student without carry health insurance. If you dont have your own insurance, the school provides one for you. So, that is another thing that writers got wrong.

Noah was in hospital after the thing with the Zack and Zoey. So go figure!!! But I guess we're not supposed to use our brains too much. Mason seemed to be coming out of left field, a little ridiculous and far-fetched but loved Luke punching him and loved Luke period.

What about NOah's father. he is in jail but he still can be reached and give the ok for the surgery.

I wonder why Noah is not close to his aunt. He never talks to her, I wonder why...

Also, I guess the writers forget about the legal term "implied consent.". In case, of life and death situation, if doctors can get a consent to do a procedure, they can go ahead if the patient is not able to consent.
