@rvd420WHAT maybe the lighting *did* suck here ... that aside there definitely *is* such a thing as too dark a tan ... i've seen it more than once. when it doesn't look like a *tan* anymore, when it doesn't look *real* anymore, but rather that the guy was dipped in wood stain while wearing a pair of strap-on protective eye goggles ... that is *not* a complementary look. just like anything else, there is such a thing as going too far with it. don't agree? no prob ... we agree to disagree.
the thing with claude is he needs a good manager . . . like, here he has some good posing ideas, but could've used more fluidity in his routine, less jerkiness, and his tan is too dark. but claude definitely deserves credit . . . the dude is a naturally thin guy, doesn't really mix with the mass monsters, but has spent years onstage trying & not giving up . . . the man has iron will. he was training at my gym in montreal one night back in '95 . . . he's a genuinely nice guy, a true gentleman.
@xxxmichaelking That comment about the tan is completely erroneous! There is no such thing as too dark a tan on a bodybuilding stage. The lighting was obviously subpar for either the stage or the camera or both. You are correct in saying that Claude is a class act and a worthy champion.
