It's from an Ozzy tribute album called Bat Head Soup. The lineup is Ripper on vocals, Yngwie on guitar, Tim Bogert on bass, Tommy Aldridge on drums, and Derek Sherinian on keys.

This IS the correct answer, by the way. Verify it on any online retailer that sells this album. These are the guys who play on this recording. No Dio, no Priest, just the guys I've listed here.
