these girls are lucky. On the rez here and my state the girls and women aren't allowed to play or touch the drums. we can sing behind the men or along with them. but cant play the drums. but these girls are awesome. Doe'sha from North Dakota

@MrChagass69 well im not just cree my moms from B.C and my dad never discriminated agaianst us im so thank ful for that and with powwow evolving your probly gunna see alot more girls coming out and what about Handgames indians allll over play them even in our parts of sask and alberta and you always see women holding drums see thats whats not really clear alot of people say dont touch drums this way but yet theres seems to be a blind spot ..
