You said you were mixing the major and minor scales together but that just sounds like a major scale?

@Jshect Mixing major and minor pentatonic scales will give you a lot of notes to hang on so it would be 1 2 flat3456 flat 7 and 1 so you can mix it with,Major scales, minor scales, dorian, mixolydian and major or minor blues. This is a small sample the full lessons are a lot to take in.

@GabrielKai Well, he took lessons from me for a long time and he is one of my best friends. And yeah he is better than me, but i played with him 2 years ago at a festival. Come see a live show.  Some day I will post a jam. He is a lick machine. I remember him driving 2 hours on Sundays because that was the only day I could teach as I was on a regional tour. That seemed to never end!
