It really is nearly impossible to find someone with whom it's safe to open your heart to and receive the same love and respect as you give out. Don't give up hope and settle for less than you deserve because you don't think you can ever have that movie relationship you talk about. Obviously no relationship can be as perfect as in the movies but its NOT impossible to find someone who will care about you and love you Be patient and don't look to hard, usually that special person will find you.

:(... .... If only there was some wise knowledge to divulge in these situations. But, alas, have come to the realization that it seems to take just one thing.. patience. For with that it allows for time and development of oneself to be able to attain the Love that you are most deserving of. In time you shall definitely find that moment, and with that moment a life and within that life a lifetime.. :) All that we experience, Love among other things, are what make it the best of all journeys.
Been there. But if I've learned anything it's that you have to keep looking for the kind of person that'll give without being asked and love you and care about you. It's hard when you realize that the person you want isn't the person you're with :( It'll happen though :) And this kind of stuff just makes you stronger... it sucks really bad but at least some good comes of it.
seems to me like you're hanging around with the wrong people. and if they've caused you this much emotional turmoil, they weren't worth someone as great as you to begin with.
