    Kundenrezensionen:

  • continuous light hahaha no sorry but every studio photographer uses studio flash

  • any way to get rid of shadow in the back?

  • @yvanho01 photoshop... or the more affordable way: gimp

  • @yvanho01 more light on background at least one stop

  • @yvanho01 increase the distance between the model and the background. depends on the angle of your light.

  • harsh :)

  • Lol

  • man thats alot of harsh shadows

  • awfull shadows whats the point in this vid if the teacher is clearly clueless

  • @tonykula Nothing more than a campaign for Lumix.

  • wow this is stupid

  • What can of camera was that. Great lights, and a 19.99 camera.

  • The first thing I'd do is ask the model to wash her face. It's shiny with oil.

  • are you kidding me! without much money, i have been able to get better lighting than this, and what kind of camera is that anyway. i think this is just a cheap, fast video to teach newbies how to set up lights for studio.

  • @TheArtc33 Not really teaching us anything, because I'm a newbie, and when I tried my own setup today, it looked WAAAAY better than this! hahahaha

  • Thanks for an amazing teaching video.

Love every single thing about it.

    Thanks again

  • too many shadows...

  • Learn before you teach!!!

You're not copying a two dimensional subject such as an old photo or a work of art.

The lighting is not flattering to the subject and you have terrible cross shadows on the background. This is nothing more than throwing light at a subject, not unlike throwing over ripe tomatoes or a cream pie at a politician. I remember a time when people learned their craft before they tried to teach it.

Digital makes for easy access but doesn't make one a master of the craft.

  • can a chair leg take and arrow to the knee?

  • This is so n00b...

  • C R A P P Y! .... I can even shoot great photos with just a $30 single strobe vivitar 285 and a softbox with my d70! Dont impress people with your gears, impress them with your results!

  • It's true that it's not the gear that makes the photo, it's the photographer. But I gotta say in this case it's both that are poor! I assume that wasn't his paying client.. Otherwise I think he would have got a slap!

  • Whats with yer white balance????

  • i hate this kind of videos

  • I thought I was going to get an educational video, but got a crappy dslr advert instead. Dislike

  • get a real camera... :}

  • Nothing wrong with using natural light... "Not being able to control" it is untrue, you do have some control, through your camera settings (Instead of shooting on AUTO... as at 1.51...) tripod for camera not really required... not flexible enough...

and camera in between two lights? not necessarily...

  • LOL crappy camera!

  • I would like to add that have large amounts of natural diffused light is also a useful addition as well.

  • This video just made me want to go buy a Nikon :S

  • @PewSplat go get the D7000!

  • @bernhardtsen74 LMAO... That's what I shoot with currently :)

  • @PewSplat Lucky bastard!!!!

only got the D3100 as yet, going to get a used D90 soon!

how fast does it go through a battery?btw how long can you shoot film with it at a time?

only 10 minutes at a time with the D3100!

  • @bernhardtsen74 I don't know exactly how long the battery lasts, but I've never had to swap it out for my spare during any studio time, and that can last several hours for me. I don't do anything too extreme with it either; no burst mode or crazy bracketing, so I take a fairly limited number of exposures. Don't get too caught up in gear envy though... learn to take great pictures with the equipment you have; learn about and how to use the qualities of light and design elements!

  • @bernhardtsen74 I'm not quite sure if you are referring to battery life when you're shooting video, but it should last more than 10 minutes. Most likely your memory card is filling up; try getting one with more space on it. You can get ok 16gb cards from Wal-Mart for $18. Hope this was helpful!

  • @PewSplat I use 8gb and no matter how big the card is, its programmed to only film for 10 minutes!!!!!

you can shoot a 5 minute clip and stop, then start recording again and you can film for 10 minutes maximum!

no matter what the quality is!!!!

  • why do you use landscape mode for a portrait? .. i thought humans are higher than wide .. a simple 90° would be much more efficient!

  • continuous light for photography wtf its all about studio flash

  • Good video!

  • Big tripod for a tiny camera.

  • How many wattoseconds of light do those Sachtler strobes produce? Do they have built in slave triggers? Just curious, are those the lights that Amazon has a special on...the 180ws strobes in the 3 light kit?

  • Unless you're talking about direct and harsh sunlight right on your subject, you can easily control/get rid of ambient light by raising your shutter speed to at least 1/250th. Also, high ceilings have absolutely nothing to do with a soft quality of light. If you want soft light, get a softbox and get it in close to your model.

  • Why women wear spaghetti strap blouses these days with their colored bra staps showing is beyond me. It looks so déclassé!

  • une dominante rouge sur le visage c'est horrible

  • Hardly simple is it, you need to go and buy a house with great big ceilings first going by this.

  • Thanks!

  • BORING BORING PHOTOS!!!!!!!!

  • Those photos weren't that great.

  • what is the name of that background paper???

  • @m0n4c3 paper

  • @j1mmyarts awesome...

  • @m0n4c3 seamless white paper roll

  • a chair leg visible in the corner would be easy to crop out, but great video!

  • If yo are interested in photograph ,you can browse my channel ,wish you like it and sub it .welcome to share the recources with each other.Thank you very much.

  • wich lumix g camera is this ?

  • @appleipsw lumix g2 i think

  • i thought this was a videojug video and then thought differently because it's actually useful

  • Thank you for your clear instructions and video. I am about to take picture to sell online and portraits of my family. Now that I have come across your video, I think I can start the process.

I have to but the kits. Where or what would you recommend to a beginner?
