ah running man remember 2 steps and dont worry bout music first and you speed comes after a while and dont flick heels looks really bad look at some tutorials and u get it
hey its ok man every one had to start like this when they first learnd ur not the only one!!! u will get good at it just takes time and practice!!! =D
Your first foot should slide as your second foot should lift, afterwards, your first foot will lift, then your second foot should land and continue on from there, and that's show running man should go. You are hopping too much because you're not sliding long enough on your running man or if you're sliding, you're sliding too *hard* because you are forcing it. It's in balance of the song, feel the beat as you're sliding so you can get some kicks/spins in or continue to do the running man.
dude listen the running man is an absolutely no go! do the steps slowly but CORRECT and only get faster if the steps keep correct! i have learned the running man by this way within 2days! As i said most important is to do the steps RIGHT and NOT to music! As well you should train in front of a mirror because so you wont look down to your feet what makes your back looking like a C so.. never look down to your feet that simply looks ...!

your having the same problem i had and the problem my friends still cant get past.. ok so when your doing the shuffle watch your feet in the video your doing 1 slide its 2 slides the formula is "front foot slide back to the lifted foot till they are parallel, then another slide back while the other foot is brought down to the ground" and repeat im going to start making videos hopefully soon.. im about 2.5 months in and i compete with people 7months to 2 years in.
Mmm, keep on improving on yer running man and t-step. you should slowly practice each technique. don't worry so much 'bout stomping to the beat of the music yet.
Remember running man is 2 steps and try not to flick yer feet. xD
Work on yer t-step !
Check out some tutorials tooo!
yeah, i'm also a beginner so i don't have much to say x:
