Why does everyone compare this band to other bands? They are different, they have their own style, it's nothing like Nickelback or other bands out there. In my opinion 3DD are far, far better than most rock bands simply because they don't have crap lyrics like most bands, and also they are actual rock, Nickelback are very commercial and make music that will attract any typical audience, that, I do not like.

@htcmarkie Yeah, I understand what you mean by that, but at the same time, there is rap and pop bands / artists that do have a lot of meaning in all their songs. Most of it is local / underground, and you're never likely to hear it. Plus, I've come across a few rap songs about the hardships their family or friends have endured. The best part is when you find out that they don't need to resort to vulgar language to ryhme or make a beat in their songs.

3 Doors Down has put out some of the best music in a LONG time! They are one of(if not the)greatest rock bands of today! They continue to put out awesome hit after hit not just one or two singles! I look for that in artists of today, because that is an example of true talent. And just for the record, 3DD is soooo much better than Nickelback! :)

Nickelback makes one good album (Silver Side up) then completey goes to shit (all the right reasons). 3 Doors Down has maintained plenty of good tracks on all of their albums.
