Not that many Swedes live in FInland, cause in the past Sweden was a better place to live in. a lot of FInns moved to Sweden during the war, so that's probably why Pääjärvi has Finnish parents/grandparents or whatever.

@Hrafn89 Exactly. So why bring on another kid that can't block a shot? He's good, but not NHL caliber yet. But then again, Horcoff hardly looks NHL caliber sometimes. I don't know, this team just isn't looking very good. I guess you're right though, we might as well give him a shot because he certainly can't be worse than a lot of guys on the team. I basically have no certainty about anyone on the roster. Other than Whitney, he's usually pretty on the ball.

@azynkron Not at all. As soon as Hemsky comes back- Omark is out. I like the kid, but he is useless defensively and the Oilers are pathetic on D, so the very last thing they need is a guy who gets lost in his own end. He needs time to develop beyond the point of fancy shootout goals.

dock tror jag att anton lander kan ta positionen som andracenter med eberle på första inom några år, så det blir nog ett antal svenskar i edmonton på de 2 första kedjorna inom kort;)

dessa spelare är samtliga under 25 år;)
