Well, I used the Vista version of WMM (because the Windows 7 version totally sucks) and with the white flashes, you split the clip into the tiniest bit you can, go Effects, Edge Detection, and then Okay. Sometimes it doesn't work (because WMM can be a bitch) and you have to go back to the clip and go Effects, Slow Down (so you have both Slow Down and Edge detection at the same time). And then you should have the white flash :D I hope that made at least a little sense :O

Air is basically about "a winged girl in the side" and Misuzu has dreams about being the girl in the sky, but as the dreams progress, her life becomes more and more tragic. I don't know how else to put it without spoiling the series. I highly reccommend watching it, though!! It's really good! :D
