This movie was highly under rated but Stallone's performance was awesome! You can honestly say that from the very start of the movie, it was truly non stop action that consumed the viewers. Being a Vietnam era and Korean Vet, this movie stood for what so many of us had to face upon returning to America. Great movie...great acting Sly.

I agree, to the second and the third, but I kinda like the forth... Sure, not as much as I like the first. I think its because the first have a little more drama in it, since it's based on the book.

@Foxley the difference is that First Blood is a story which could actually happen. other Rambo movies can be good relax action movies but you cannot take them seriously. I recommend watching video "Rambo 1 vs Rambo 4 comparison".

I must have seen First Blood about 50 times for sure, it really made such an impact on me. I was 10 years old at the time when it came in the theatre and from that time I became a huge fan of Stallone and also got very much interested in the Vietnam war. This song touches your soul, especially when you come to think of it that it's refering to all those who have fought in Vietnam. This song is really dedicated to them !
