If the motorcycle would be goin even on 150 miles or more, its not hes fault. I think he could have gone around the white vehicle. But the reason the white vehicle is to blame as you said because he didn't have emergency flashers or break lights, possibly messing up the motorcyclist

it is the motorcyclist's fault at least partially.... it goes like this.... anythime the FRONT of your vehicle strikes another vehicle, you are at least partially at fault ... in this case WTF?!?!? how come the motorcycle dude didn't look up?!?!? he just plain rammed the back of the car ... not like the car jutted into his path at the last minute!!!
motorcyclists fault i'd say at least 80% for this incident ... (not 'accident', cuz it could easily have been avoided!!!)

it looks like the guy on the motorcycle was preparing to go around this guy on the very right lane but then the dumbass pulled into that lane as well what else can the motorcycle do, looks like he tried to then pass the dumbass on the second to the right lane

as fast as another motor vehicle, he was in the right lane and probably trying to judge where the fuck that dumbass was trying to go, if you were the guy on the motorcycle could you decide in a split second that oh this is obviously a vehicle that is having problems it looks like he is going to attempt to pull off of the road, you would already crash before you could even say that, how did he not know the car missed an exit and trying to just switch one lane?

one you are a fucking dumbass cplai, when your motor vehicle breaks down you put on HAZARD LIGHTS not a fucking turn signal on a freeway if You paid attention you would realize the motorcycle was in the right lane and the dumbass in the car should not have pulled in front of a motorcycle like that, if you wait you will notice there was plenty of time to let the motorcycle pass him before pulling off the road the motorcycle couldnt know what lane the car was trying to get to, he cant react

In the US, whoever rear end is at fault. Obvious the old car is breaking down and try to pull over to the side. The motorcycle failed to slow down despite the continuous turn signal. He might as well slam into the wall, at least the wall does not have a blinker on. Idiot motorcyclist.
