well......really you should have different sorts of weapon types in your item box so that you can use a certain type of weapon on a monster.

Fast Weapons Should be used in fast monsters

after you make the first hit, either execute a [o] attack or roll right away. after all your attacks, you should roll. it's the safest and most effective way to use a GS

Great swords take a LOT skill and practice to use. Once you know how to use them, they're really good to use.

Great swords are my main weapons, and hammers are my second.

the weapons i find the best for all situations are great sword longsword sword and shield and hammer

but it rally boils down to what you are most comfertable with using there is no such thing as the best weapon type

it all depends on your hunting style

Emerald Congala is easy to get to, he's in the first row of the G* quests, which you will have access to immediately if you've already beaten Akantor.

on his back, he'll fart as he's getting up.

He can also throw up to 3 crap bombs.

There is no MHFG2 there's only MHP2ndG, which is only sold in Japan. You must get it shipped to where you live, of course buying it from Japan..then you must have a Hacked PSP to get the English patch for it. :x
