@OGFai You should be able to connect the headphones output of the GT-8 directly to the "line in" in your sound card with no problem at all.

Maybe your "line in" input is muted in your sound card control panel?

It's an Eclipse, but not LTD. It's ESP Standard Eclipse-1 CTM, the LTD version is called ESP LTD EC i think.

I got mine in my local Music Store, in Spain. In USA there is only the Eclipse-II version, the first version is only sold here in europe. They had some copyright "affairs" with Gibson in USA because of the similarity between the Eclipse-1 and the les-paul.

These Hotel California Solos are good but would rather see solos with 2 playing like Joe Walsh and Don Felder than just one. Would give a greater sense of the quitarists ability to play in a group.

Well i used a bit of stereo chorus for this solo and a vintage marshall amp emulation with a light reverb. I don´t really think this solo needs much more effects but its up to you :)
