You can't make your legs shorter,instead focus on making your muscles longer by stretching them.When you do head-to-toe stretches keep your back straight and you'll be able to touch your toes if your muscles are properly stretched.The fact that you have long legs doesn't mean that you can't do these stretches,you just need to be patient and train harder than people with short legs.
