Having to constantly stress about potential careless behavior of my neighbors is why our house was built on a 1.5 acre lot FAR from the neighboring houses in a different part of Ashburn . My mom has an investment property in Broadlands though.
We had smoke in our yard and could smell the fire from our house. That is so sad. I feel so bad for the family who lived there. And it must have been scary for the family next door. I saw that the siding is all messed up on their house too.
They are finally starting to clean this out and re-build it. i bet the insurance hodl up was a pain in the butt. Did they ever determine a cause?
