He's a firefighter and has very good cardio, is into weightlifting and as in general kept a very active lifestyle such as rock climbing , etc... He 's basically a very outdoor type of person but by your definition he would be considered unhealthy?

I personally think that all people look better at a healthy weight, & Kirstie's weight is neither healthy nor attractive in my opinion. But that's all it is-my personal opinion. I used to have a "killer body" that I lost because I ate too much & didn't exercise.
