cacao is highly stimulative. in a 100% raw vegan body it causes negative symptoms like "extreme highs followed by a severe crash" blood sugar levels can become unbalanced causing a load of symptoms.

Ps that is a lot of dulse there! I use to use dulse every day with my avos, great mix in flavors. I love Angela's shirt in this video, super cute. Drive safe and enjoy the lovely nature sights along the way!
Matt's not eating the brown spoiled part of the av, rather it's the brown oxidized (for lack of a better term) part that gets a little tough on the surface when it's exposed to air. It's quite good!
seems pretty easy i wonder though is that enough calories?
