Yes, currently UP1996 is running between L.A and Oregon may be twice a week.

You can now get this model in N scale, not by Kato, but I think it's Atlas. Check your local hobby store. The model just came out recently and is DCC ready.

kato has released all the UP heritage units and they are DCC ready. im not gona be able to get the SP heritage unit because on my layout im doing the SPSF merger, so idk if the DRGW would've been sold to the UP if the SPSF merger had gone through

It's strange that the SP Heritage SD70ACe does not have any lights on. Neither the headlight or ditch lights are on.

Well I looked for her after 3:45PM-6PM an no luck unless she went somewhere far to get refueled like East LA yard or she was just hiding from me. I think shes leaving tonight since there looks to be an ZLCBR already built to leave waiting on her.

Well if shes getting on another ZLCBR I think it might be tomarow as from a few distance I seen like 10 siting engines in LATC an a train of a GEVO an 2 70Ms building a ZLCBR or setting out from a ZBRLC so I hope shes still around an those take the ZLCBR.

yea, but it's easier to catch the inbound train. Z train usually leave LATC around midnight and once I waited tham at Glendale station to watch and it was UP1989 was leading but i failed to film that train.

Yes, she does. right now she is on the way to LATC but she was trailing unit. She should be arrived in L.A the day afetr tomorrow.

well, you know it's UP, arriving time is always different but i usually catch before or after Metrolink rush hr. And yes, it is daily operation. the brooklyn usually leave LATC around 12 midnight.

Yep most UP trains going North from LA have to use the line alot they want between like 7PM-5AM before Metrolink an Amtrak Surfliners start waking up an takeover the time.

It's not nice area, but you can try Main street bridge at the L.A river. You can take MTA bus 76 to get there from Union Station and only 7 mins to get to there.

well, I could not get info this time. My guess is she is arriving in between 2PM to 6PM. what I always do is ride Gold Line and look for the river and see the train is sitting along the river or not.
