Looks good but you should play around more with the particle speed and life. The flames move in slow motion so it's not realistic movement for flames of that size. You can probably just speed up or slow down the particle animation speed from the simulation tab.

how do you add shadows from 3D objects? I tried to create planes and make them not renderable, but shadows disapper too :(

Instead of making them not renderable, you have to add a special material in the material editor. It's called matte shadow.
