First: Cows are fed corn because it is cheaper to feed them that and a diet of probiotics (bacteria that breaks down the corn for them) not antibiotics. E. coli is a naturally occurring bacteria in (I think) all living animals digestive tracts... even humans. E. coli really is not a problem in cooked foods (as cooking kills it) I.E. meat.
Second: In the food industry there are many many brands, most are owned by a big food corporations, there are many choices regardless of that fact. If you do not want to support a big Co. look at their websites as it is required they say if they are part of a bigger company (read the fine print). Regardless of the big Co. owning and producing much of the food, their are regulations set in place as to how close food can be produced to animals, roads, etc.
Regulations also determine the limit on how much pesticide residue, bacteria (specified per type), and chemicals can be found on the food (limits set well under safe consumption). Oh and Pesticides are not Nitrogen and Phosphorous (those are actually two of three main components of fertilizers, potassium is the other).

Nitrogen and Phosphorus are not pesticides. They are naturally occurring and essential for plant growth. See video below for more info. If you want to find out about pesticides look up about the company Monsanto. They use roundup as their pesticide of choice.

The Government shouldn't legalize it, they should decriminalize it. Growers, Dealer, etc. depend on these things in order to make a living. Legalizing it would give the government control of it and the growers and dealer wouldn't have control over their own product.

@jimg0007 First of all, that's not really how it happens. Usually when people smoke, it's done in a separate room, in private, with only a few people, the ones who chipped in for the weed. This is because weed is expensive. Second hand smoke is rarely an issue.

But when i came home i was greatful. Alot of my friends were smoking weed. One of them i asked them to stop for me. They told me no and im still not friends with that man to date. My other friend got caught by his parents. He still sneaks out to smoke weed. I never want to do drugs. I still go to military camp. never do drugs.

First: Cows are fed corn because it is cheaper to feed them that and a diet of probiotics (bacteria that breaks down the corn for them) not antibiotics. E. coli is a naturally occurring bacteria in (I think) all living animals digestive tracts... even humans. E. coli really is not a problem in cooked foods (as cooking kills it) I.E. meat.

If you do not want to support a big Co. look at their websites as it is required they say if they are part of a bigger company (read the fine print). Regulations also determine the limit on how much pesticide residue, bacteria (specified per type), and chemicals can be found on the food (limits set well under safe consumption). Oh and Pesticides are not Nitrogen and Phosphorous (those are actually two of three main components of fertilizers, potassium is the other).

Genetic modified plants is a more controlled breeding than humans have done for thousands of years, we have started adding traits we desire that were not found it that plant but in others... I think it is really cool and has proven to be very useful. You should look into the fallacy of the pharmaceutical industry to bolster your argument. Every single pill goes through the FDA process. It's all a hypocrisy because all of those drugs don't cure anything they only treat symptoms and more often than not their side-effects are detrimental. Not to mention the high rate of abuse of opiates. The fact that Marijuana is illegal is a conspiracy. It could render 80% of drugs today useless. The make billions, and they own the US government.

It can be used to describe a conclusion, because your reasoning for your friend being below parr is because she smoked pot and fried her brain, but it was really drugs like ecstasy, therefore your conclusion has no reason, making it irrational. Fluoride in toothpaste and our drinking water was one of the most ignorant scientific mistakes that USA has ever done to it's people. It makes us docile and causes brain and problems in our stomach. @jimg0007 First of all, that's not really how it happens. Usually when people smoke, it's done in a separate room, in private, with only a few people, the ones who chipped in for the weed. This is because weed is expensive. Second hand smoke is rarely an issue.

Same law as would apply when someone is drunk and drives, they would know it was going on and that they had inhaled some of it so they would know that they shouldn't drive.
For that matter; weed usually wears off "relatively" quick and the comparableness of pot to beer for accidents is far less; there have actually been tests where being "stoned" have improved their driving scores.

Why would you ever say that. My life was completely about drugs. at 12 i left home and went to military camp for the entire summer. Of course i was pretty mad at first. But when i came home i was greatful. Alot of my friends were smoking weed. One of them i asked them to stop for me. They told me no and im still not friends with that man to date. My other friend got caught by his parents. He still sneaks out to smoke weed. I never want to do drugs. I still go to military camp. never do drugs.

Different drugs, such as marijuana, affect people differently, because everyone has a varying genetic and chemical composition. For example, I, and countless other people I know, only smoke very moderately, and would never feel physiologically compelled to make our use habitual.

fyi: my friend died of a marijuana induced heart attack. he was fit active and healthy with no prior health issues. i still didnt believe it until his mom showed my the coroners report.
as far as your argument on bad foods vs. weed...there is no contest. bad food makes you fat but it doesnt cause you to have impaired judgement.
i wouldnt have an issue legalizing the stuff, but people dont know how to have that 'theres a time and place for everything'...meaning they will abuse it.
