@MrAlexs888 Simple did you see the obelisk freighter in the video and the caldari industrial? The freighter was ganked by a large fleet of cheap ships if you look you will notice it is actually a wreck. Because freighters cound as capitol ships thier wrecks look like the actual ship just kind of battle scarred. And concord sends a number of ships based on the number of times the "Law" was broken. A large fleet engaging a single target means a fuck ton of concord. The industrial was for looting.

I heard it used to be that people could actively tank concord damage since CONCORD would be a WYSIWYG presence. However its been changed so that they can call in reinforcements from other sectors if you dont die fast enough. Sure you might be able to tank 2-3 concord ships but an entire fleet? :D
