i just love the emotionless expression, but what really cracked me up was the part where he stand up, pays his food and just walks out of there like nothing happend :)
Any idea why he likes so much spice? A whole shaker of pepper, tons of tabasco, and jalepanos. Maybe something to do with his "species"? Because hes most likely not human, and if he is hes augmented beyond homo sapien. On a cool side note, I picked up Ketchup with tabasco sauce in it at the supermarket. Havent tried it yet. Anyone have an idea if its good or bad?
@TheEvilPuppy Get your facts right. The Adjustment Bureau is from Phillip K Dick's "The Adjustment Team". They didn't steal the premise from Fringe it's just a live action take on the story. The hats. Well, Hats are cool.
Why can't Hollywood come up with its own unique ideas? I just came back from that dreadful Adjustment Bureau movie and it is SO OBVIOUS that they stole the whole premise from Fringe. Right down to the hats. A horrible second rate impression to its core. Fringe is better entertainment then that piece of shit movie and ITS FREE!!!!!! FUCK YOU HOLLYWOOD!!!!!
i just noticed that when he closes his binoculars the second time he's got a hint of a smile. i think he might be excited about witnessing this particular event
I have a theory why he wants to eat his flesh raw. Maybe he grew up as the boy from the episode "The inner child". There it was said, that the boy survived by eating rats. Of course he couldnt cook them. Maybe the Observer eats raw flesh because he is used to it from his childhood. There are some parallels between the boy from "inner Child" and the Observer. I think the Observer lived in his childhood in a room deep under earth and ate rats like the boy from "the inner Child".
im positive he is, because he seems to be interested in the destruction of buildings, and in inner child his "home" was under one which was about to be destroyed
it's a recurring theme sort of deal that abrams uses to describe events involvong the pattern and dementional travellers like the observers. he did a similiar thing in that trek movie.
@ninjamastercat if you watch the last episode and some other episodes, the blue flash always happens during the sudden switches to the parallel universes. My theory that he is from a parallel universe with a different language, wherever he is, it is always an instance of the fabric of the universe thinning/tearing.

@Trocken42 Also, towards the end of The Inner Child episode, the observer seems to recognize the child. Very interesting, i thought about it as well.
NicksBucket 1 year ago
@Trocken42 it may be that the observers were left behind by the people of the past that made the artifact
ers3031q90z 1 year ago
@Trocken42 Oberservers exist "beyond time", meaning they don't age, so he had most likely never been a child, I think.
